Went to this store for the first time ever this afternoon. My wife and I were holding coffees on the way up to the building and before we even made it to the door, the security guard(?) yelled that drinks aren’t allowed and that we need to read the signs, all VERY rudely (mind you, we are still walking up to the building. I threw out my half full coffee and this man shamed me for wasting my money on the coffee, we were so mortified that we went back and put my wife’s coffee in the car. We almost didn’t want to go back because this worker was being so aggressive to us.
The store itself was fine, typical thrift store.
Will not be returning, the store was not worth the verbal harassment.

Everything is over priced... I saw some cute stuff but named brand things are 25 plus. I talking brands like target and old navy... Not worth the price. And everything is everywhere. The jewelry clerk was so nice though

Best thrift store I've come across, and there isn't a close second. Very nice, I've been bringing my friends.

Used to be my FAVE... not anymore. The manager is AGGRESSIVELY rude. She does NOT have the skills to provide ANY degree of customer satisfaction. She's NOT trying to. In addition to her discrimination against my neurodivergent status (AuDHD) she evidently has offended MANY other (former) customers. I asked a question which she assumed was sarcasm\disrespect, got very defensive and denied me service. Fundamental attribution error tells us SHE is probably usually acting (speaking) disingenuously and assumes others think like she does... this is why she assumed bad intent, I was just looking for information, you know, why you're SUPPOSED to ask questions ??

Thought a dress was worth $5.99.Nothing outstanding about it.Just a dress,my niece thought she can wear it at home.
Reached home,to check why her bill was $100+.Realized the dress was $59.99.It was not worth the money.
Confirmed that it was not a pricing mistake. All sales are final. Not worth the money.
Be aware!

Real talk, this segunda has soooo many cute clothes, shoes. There's lots of finds. The checkout process is taking the jobs of people though.

They have a huge selection but it's usually pretty messy and things feel dirty. They also do not have try on rooms anymore so you either have to guess if the clothes will fit or you have to try them on over your clothes in aisles. Also some of the pricing was crazy! How you gonna charge $20+ for a used shirt from Target? It was a better experience pre-Covid.

Astonishingly overpriced. This used to be my favorite thrift store, but the prices today were so outrageous I won't be back. Save your time! Go to Macys and get your item cheaper in a well organized store. Inflation is understandable, but charging $39.99 for a used, DONATED pair of jeans that retails new at $25 is simply greed. I left with nothing and wasted an hour of my day picking through crowded unorganized racks of clothes.

The Indians supervisor the women is very rude and disrespectful. There was an elderly woman setting on the floor she was rude to her asked the elderly woman to leave and stay home if you can’t stand.the elderly women was trying to tell her I need few minutes I will get up. The Indian supervisor called the security on her. That was unacceptable I will not shop there anymore.
