The team at East Sac Storage Star have been so helpful and friendly throughout my rental of multiple units - changing sizes, moving, needing new locks, etc. It is clean and organized and I would recommend this facility to anyone needing storage.

I had an 8x10 storage here since 2018 with zero issues. They close a little early, but that’s just something you plan for. It was clean. It was PEST FREE. I had zero issues. I recommend to anyone needing storage. They also have large carts to help you carry items to/from storage unit. I just moved out and that was easy too. Great service. Great AC. Great price.

I stored my wine in their wine storage facility for several months while a wine cellar at my home was being built. Their temperature control was excellent, their service was outstanding and all of the employees I interacted with were very professional and friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Storage Star.

This place exceeded my estimations. I rented a large space for almost a year and never had a problem with moisture or vermin. I even left my unit unlocked by mistake, and received a call within 1 hour of doing so. The staff was pleasant and very responsive. I highly recommend the location and staff.

Love this place! Even when a moved further away I kept my storage here because its always very clean, safe, and well-kept. The staff is so helpful - even when you are downsizing your storage unit! Melissa is the best. 5 stars!!
