We ordered several pieces and when we received the confirmation, it had instructions on what steps to take when the delivery arrived. When the boxes were unloaded off the truck, one box was heavily damaged. And thanks to those instructions we knew to open and inspect all the pieces while the delivery driver was here. Fortunately, there was only one part that was damaged, we understand that unforeseen things happen in shipping. Craig has been above and beyond helpful through this process and a new part is being shipped out today! Thanks for the great experience and we will soon get started on putting a Corvette back together! Even tho there have been some hiccups, Craig and his customer services have been amazing. Thanks again for wonderful communication.

Driven by style exceeded my expectations. Delivery was right on time. I was unaware I had to pay Canadian customs and I didn't have the money at the time to pay customs and driven by style covered the fees for me I can't thank them enough. Definitely recommend these guys not to mention they had the cheapest price on the web.

I’ve worked with Craig from Driven By Style LLC numerous times over the past 6 years and his customer service and expertise has always been top notch. He goes above and beyond to always see to it that I am taken care of. I have received bad parts from the manufacturer and he has immediately contacted them on my behalf and always gotten me taken care of immediately.The companies customer support is top tier with speedy responses and resolutions l. I will always continue to use them for any parts I can get through this company even if the prices would become higher than the competitors, just because I know at the end of the day they will always take care of me if I need something.Highly recommend this company for all of your needs.

Competitive prices, clean easy website, very responsive staff/owner, good range of parts options.I see a number of other damaged based reviews so I'll pitch in my experience as well.I bought several thousand dollars worth of body parts, shipper damaged my carbon hood but Drivenbystyle was immediately available to make sure I knew the exact process required to file a claim, and always responded quickly and informatively during the entire order process.Delivery driver on site had tried to confuse my claim process by attempting to reject the precise instructions I needed to follow, owner was even available on the spot by phone to patiently reinforce the fact that I can not deviate from the claim process or I risk losing my damage claim.Read the policies before you order, do your own due diligence. I ordered from another site before and had another carbon part damaged during shipping. Never trust the shippers!

My experience using this company services started with the purchase of a fiber glass hood that was an incorrect fit. The manufacture listed the hood as it was a proper fit. Well it was not, the design of the hood mold hit the radiator support and wouldn't allow it to latch properly. I contacted Craig the owner he apologized for the inconvenience explained that it was due to the manufacture for his company was simply a vender. I had the hood shipped back out. I then reordered another hood when I received it, it was damaged due to the shipper. Well frustrated and upset being this was the 2nd hood not to include 3 month time span. Once again I made another claim Craig reached out immediately to try and fix the issue. As Craig notified the shipper and manufacture an the attempt to rectify the issue promptly.After sending videos, pictures and proof of what had happen the manufacture still was taking their sweet time. I was pressed for time so I had the hood modified and repaired sent pictures of the repairs to Craig. He contacted to manufacture had them reimburse me for the repairs. As a vender driven by style has great customer service. I would utilize caution ordering from certain manufactures. In the end I have a carbon fiber hood on my e92 bmw 328i careful with the radiator support. Thank you Craig for your help much appriciated.

Not the worst product but not 100% happy. Had small crack on delivery. Small enough I’ll take it and not send back but it’s the wrong style bumper. Needs modifications and quite cheap looking.

I recently try to purchase coilovers and when order in stock they emailed me saying that I would be charged an extra 150$ because they were out of stock, even though when I placed the order they were in stock and on top of that they took forever to reply to my emails regarding this transaction and in regards to figuring out a solution. On top of that they made it a hassle to about sending the parts to a adress that wasn’t on the card used to purchase them. These were suppose to be bought as a gift from my spouse to me. They made it very difficult. I ended up just canceling the order and don’t recommend this company

I ordered a lip and wing for my porsche 997 and the customer service was great and it came within a week.Lip fit great but unfortunately none of the body shops i went to can install the wing and i kindly asked to return the part and the owner Craig kindly enough refunded me without any issues. I would recommend them to family and friends and also will be a returning customer.
