Downtown Sacramento has been a fun place in the last few years, followed by Golden 1 Center finish and DOCO - Downtown Commons remodeled with K Street mall. Many more areas in Sacramento Downtown turned into the food, drink, and entertainment district. Sacramento downtown uses a ghost town after the office workers leave at 5 pm every weekday and the entire weekend. Not many people want to go downtown after sunset or on the weekend. But things are completely changed in the last few years. The businesses in Downtown Sacramento are bustling every night and weekend. The district is even more crowded when they are an event in Downtown Sacramento. Sometimes I have trouble finding parking spaces. The meters parking or parking garages are changing event parking fees. It is a lot more expensive than the standard time! The only problem is that Sacramento's downtown area is the same as the other California cities. Lots of homeless! I hope this problem will be resolved soon!

Majority of the business are.closed and the homeless are taking over downtown and there is. no police presence I remember during the 60's.and 70's they had cops walking.a beat downtown

This is Review number of (MAESTRO or MAESTRA a few notes on the piano if you please) Seven of these Down Town Guides! One person and they local person of there in Sacramento (Sacra many my reviews) say there a nearby Starbucks. Go to starbucks.com/responsibility/community/foodshare! Maybe so maybe no, this my experience with the Down Town Guides! I hear many the local people of Sacra call them Bumble Bees because their work jackets are bright yellow and black! Well, they always very helpful! One time saw homeless person harassing people, now I with Salvation Army so many the homeless people I can tolerate! However, this person when people walk by say no to "Beg Any Change," he upset, using bad language, probably he those mental illness refuses take the medication, is why many on street ranting and raving, screaming obscenities! I see one the Down Town Guides, tell the person! She immediately on the walky talky informs I thinking the police! I not stayed long enough see outcome, but that was my experience! They also like tour guides, will glad to answer any the questions of the Guests such maps, directions, any other necessary questions! I highly respect these of Sacra Down Town Guides, they always do such excellent job! Thank you Sir for excellent job and Thank you Miss for excellent job!
