It's nice knowing there's people out there that are trying to make a difference in the city if it wasn't for them it would look like an apocalypse.

Majority of the business are.closed and the homeless are taking over downtown and there is. no police presence I remember during the 60's.and 70's they had cops walking.a beat downtown
