5 out of 5 stars for going to Harrold Ford on Howe Ave in Sacramento. Steven was the best service rep because he decreased my anxiety with his calm voice & he explained the diagnosis & prognosis of my hybrid battery while giving me hope. It all worked out. I also give 5 stars to Hal’s Auto Care who recommended Harrold Ford. I am fortunate to have found both!!! Try them out!!!!

I cannot recommend Downtown Ford enough when it comes to getting your car serviced. I recommend Steven as a service advisor because he is straightforward and never makes you feel rushed when you have a question. He cares about his customers.

Ivan was great, overall a 10/10!

What used to be Harrold Ford was bought by Downtown Ford, so that is what this location on Howe Avenue is now called. This was my first time to go there since the new ownership. I waited for my car and someone showed me how to use the new coffee machine. It is very good. All staff was helpful and friendly. My car service went well, and took less time than I originally thought. I'll be happy to do another review after I have used them a few more timers. But I was happy this time.

Downtown Ford on Howe Ave. Sacramento CA
I had a really nice 2020 Ford F250 that I really liked. So, I really didn’t need to purchase the new one. My initial experience at Downtown Ford wasn’t very good. Follow up wasn’t good at all. But! We were introduced to Charles Tanner, who has a lot of integrity and product knowledge. He educated us so well on the whole process. He made the experience so much fun and pleasant! He is a really great representative of Downtown Ford. You are blessed to have him! And, now we have a beautiful 2024 Ford F250 Super Duty Lariat truck! If we ever want to buy another vehicle, We know just who we would ask for. Thank you again, Charles!!!!!

Downtown Ford staff were great! I was able to negotiate the deal through email and texts. I signed the paperwork digitally and I was able to just go pick up my new vehicle. Ivan was a great salesperson. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had!

Moukda assisted us through our vehicle purchase and made the entire experience easy. We really appreciated her transparency and dedication on finding us the best deal. We didn’t feel pressured at all and really felt like a family member was taking care of us. After having a pretty awful experience at Folsom Ford. This really won our trust back. Very friendly and busy. Cost for a product that should be backed by the manufacturer is outrageous. For the cost of a vehicle today the manufacturer should stand behind it a lot better than they do.
