DONT GO HERE please save yourself the trouble and go to a nicer neighborhood. I bought 6 white vases the other day and the cashier(didn’t get the name but it was a young tall black male) just carelessly threw them in my bag without wrapping any of them. This should have been the first red flag, for many years I’ve shopped in NUMEROUS dollar trees for vases and each one of them have wrapped my vases for me. When I came home to my disappointment I found one vase broken. I decided I will go back the next day for an exchange, as it was already dark and it’s an extremely ghetto neighborhood. Today I came in, and a very old white lady who was the cashier, just gave me attitude as soon as I voiced my question if I can get a replacement or refund since this wasn’t my fault. She immediately got her manger involved, which was a black lady who also had attitude written all over her. They said they are not required to wrap vases, also laughed and accused me of lying about all the other dollar stores wrapping vases. At this point I don’t even want to continue having this discussion with them, they have been disrespectful the moment I wanted to be helped. But I was so confused, because I still didn’t get an answer if I can get my vase replaced for a not broken one. That’s when the manager just snapped at me saying how does she know if I’m not going to break another vase and come back for another “replacement”, and that I need to go along now. The way these two were yelling at me and treating me was so strange. I’ve said nothing or done nothing to them, just a random customer who needed customer service but got Karen service instead. I couldn’t help but feel sorry for them. They had so much anger inside that they didn’t know where to let it out, I just happened to be there when they badly wanted to attack an innocent human being. it was like one of those Karen situations, except the Karen wasn’t the customer but the manager..

We come here often. Cheap stationery supplies for schoolchildren, toys and a special Thank you very much, a large selection of children's coloring books. Lots of different little things for the home. I recommend it. Great store. Friendly and pleasant sellers.

Pretty organized and shelves fully stocked. Outside front doors filthy. There's a couple people that work there that greet you with a 'Welcome in' but not everyone does it. As for the friendliness of the cashier's, usually they are but there was one working this day that seemed to be angry about something and was rude to the customers she helped. I tried to cheer her up but she wasn't having it.

Today, August 15, 2024, I was with the children in this store where the cashier began to speak very rudely to me, yell at me and insult me because I asked to sell me one bag. She didn't like that I gave her two boats and she threw the coins back to me and started being rude to me in front of the children. I ask you to explain to this cashier that you should not behave like this, especially in the presence of children
