The only problem was not enough staff on duty. Outside of waiting, there were no other problems or issues. Great Customer Service and friendly staff.

Better DMV than most - use the virtual tool that allows you to stand in line without being at the office. You're welcome.

Made an appointment but still had to wait behind people without an appointment. The guy acted like god, not letting people in and having a tizzy fit if I crossed the yellow line by an inch. Hallway smelled like weed!

Yes there was a wait. Expected. What was not expected was the SUPER nice DMV employees... on a Monday! Kindness seriously makes a visit fly by, thank you!

My son had an appointment today at 9am to take permit test. We had necessary paperwork and did the application online to make things easy. Well the lady at window 17 was just awfully rude! I first witnessed her being rude to a guy that was at her window. Then when it was our turn, same thing. She kept insisting my son needed the real id to which i responded that no, he doesn't and we only want the driver license. She went on to give me a sheet of paper with real id info on it. Again, i told her, No we don't want the real id, only the DL! She got so mad and made us get back in line! I told her she didn't have to be rude and when I asked her for her name she hid her badge and said, I'm window 17 there it is and refused to give me her name. She needs to get checked or go to training for customer service! The next guy we got was awesome on Window 9. He was polite and got the paperwork no problem. When i mentioned that a lady was rude to me, he immediately knew who I was talking about and apologized on her behalf. How sad that people like her get to work for a necessary service for everyone. The only reason for the 3 stars, is for the rest of the employees there. The rest are awesome!

Worst DMV. Need to discipline the staff in testing room. Very disrespectful and rude with bad attitude. Especially the Persian guy!!!

I was impressed, as my prior appts with DMV have had a 40-60 min wait time... For the first time ever, my 10:00 appt with DMV ended up with only a 15 min wait... My appt was to get my Real ID, but the man who helped me also let me take care of my car registeration as well. For the first time ever, I left happy and content with their service. Nice way to start 2024, DMV!... Thank-you!
