If I could NO STAR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCAMMERS.I bought the wrong carton of ciggarettes before closing and when I went back to exchange it with reciept, they gave me the run around. Told me I had to talk to owner, on top of that they charged me 110.00 for Fortuna Brand, not Marlboro but fortuna. ? FILING FOR BBB TO INVESTIGATE.

rip offnoticed when i got home and check my cc they had charged me 50cents more than what was shown on the receipt plus prices increase 6 dollars on total of what i bought from last month

Doesn't even deserve a cotton Pickin star of any kind my husband went in there to buy a pack of cigarettes in the dude said I'm sorry you need to have the pennies and rolls wouldn't even take 10 cotton Pickin pennies I don't know what in the heck is up with people but they need to pull theirdshield.

Google lists them as a cigar shop but they only carry Dutch Masters, White Owl and junk cigars.

They said its a discount cigarette but the cigarette that i bought was $7.94 original price with a 50 cents off so it'll be $7.44 plus tax right? My total is $8.75 WOW A DOLLAR for tax REALLY???

Horrible customer service! I went in to grab 2 items and when it was my turn to check out the cashier gives me my total which was $2.89 I pulled out the ONLY cash I had which happen to be a $20.00 bill. The cashier tells me he can't service me because he doesn't have change for a 20.00!!!!! Yup! No change for a 20.00 I then ask him is he serious because mind you it's literally approximately 3:45 in the afternoon and I wasn't breaking a 50.00 nor a 100.00 it was a small bill. He states yes he was serious and I could buy MORE items if I'd like. Absolutely NOT!! How is it possible for a while business that's in the middle of the day has no change for small bills? I told he he should think about posting a sign stating NO bills higher then 10.00 because I was a customer here to spend my money and was refused service because I didn't wanna buy more items for the guy to break my 20.00 I was soooo IRRITATED by this customer service so I kindly just walked out! I will NEVER GO BACK!

ANY OTHER NEARBY SMOKE SHOP IS A BETTER STORE. VERY OVERPRICED ON SOME STUFF AND OCCASIONALLY RUDE.
