im not no nail tech but i KNOW these people were not doing it right. i got acrylics and she didnt get the whole nail, the sides were not covered. she didnt even cut my nails or my cuticles before we began. i asked her to fix it because she did the acrylics like a toddler learned coloring. i showed the lady where i wanted the charms and she told ME what she wanted? girl these are my nails not urs. i felt judged by the other workers. i was not getting good vibes the way they were talking about the size of nails i wanted. and with the worst part, the french tips. there were nail dents in my nails, back to the french tips she didnt clean them up to make them look neat, i asked for a double coating or wtv its called and she told me she will do it (she never did it.)

Will never come here again rude arguing with me about what is on my toes asked to have one mail fixed took off the polish then say we don’t do gel so now I have to leave here and find someone to fix my nail after paying 15.00 for a tow polish change. I had to give it a star to leave a review.

So... this was incredible upsetting. Today at 430 I come in for a full set. I'm a nail tech as well for about 4 years. I first came in and showed him a picture of the nails I did. By the way, the man that did my nails was named Tom I believe. It was a simple natural pink to white ombré nail set. I said I wanted this set, but didn't have enough time due to me going to a wedding tomorrow. He told me that he couldn't do ombré. Note: we learn how to do ombré/different design in school learning. Then I said whatever let's just do a natural pink. When he started he was huffing and puffing because he didn't want to do long nails. Didn't like to. Didnt KNOW HOW TO. ANOTHER NOTE: A NAIL TECH LEARNS ON LONG NAILS! He broke my nail 3 times when first applying the tips when filing at first. Then the acrylic came. MY WORST NIGHTMARE. i didn't care they were that thick and curved and lopsided at first. But after you do the steps on filing and ending with buffing. They should not look lopsided, have all different lengths of nails, uneven and even already loose. And it's been 2 hours now. I had to have him stop while he was buffing because of nothing seeming different when he first put the acrylic on. On top of me having to fix my own nails to the best of my ability just to have nails on for a wedding. He cut my pinky really bad, the skin completly off on the side, I really hope it won't get infected from his dirty appliances, nails, and lack of cleanliness in his station. I will not be back. My next step is probably calling licensing and the barber bureau or whatever it's called. This was completly unacceptable. I am very upset that I even paid for a half-way job that was a horrible process. Not to forget the non-welcoming when you first come in. I wasn't greeted for 5 mins and when I first walked in he was sitting down on his phone no greeting no nothing. When I said excuse me I need a full set he finally said okay come. When I even told him to stop, he grabbed my hand back TWICE AFTER I TOLD HIM TO STOP THAT I WAS VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY RESULTS. As a nail tech, THERE ARE TONS of amazing nail techs all around Sacramento. But please, do not go here. There's multiple things at risk such as cleanliness & the safety of your n
