Lovely place to storage your trailers. They have Great customer Service!! So welcoming an friendly! This place is so convenient for many reasons but my personal two favorite reasons are they’re next to the highway 99 and they pull your unit out an put it away as well!! With no extra cost! Love it.

I had an amazing experience here from start to finish. As a full-timer, I don't often need to put my RV into storage, but Raquel made it super easy to learn the ropes. Securely gated location with daily access. They park and retrieve it for you, too! Would definitely recommend this facility, and will store here again if necessary.

On December 23, 2022, criminals broke in and stole several catalytic converters, from my motorhome and several others. Employees did bother to call me, so I didn't find out until January 6, 2023. Found out this is the third time that this happen in 2022. A As the saying goes shame on you once shame on me twice. Had I know this happen before, I would have moved my motorhome the first time it happen. Charge more so you make enough to hire 24/7 patrols.

I hate to leave a negative review because we have had great service until now. However, my family and I have a trip booked and no one is responding to our calls or emails to get our RV. According to their voicemail they are open. We were not told of them closing and it was only when we saw another review on here from 5 days ago that it makes sense why we are getting no response. We are going to lose our money for our reservation for our very first trip we have been so excited to take. I'm shocked at the lack of professionalism. We will be going to the storage today to see if anything is posted. But, even if there is it makes no sense because we are supposed to call be fore we get our RV. Such disappointing service

Concerned. They posted to tenants they closed at 4pm today for a holiday break of several days and closed at one pm with out warning or notice- also posted no after hours contact number. Owners - I hate to leave this negative review, we have had nothing but good experiences however this is unacceptable. I needed our unit for the holiday and planned to get their within your window of hours. I've called four times today, emailed etc I would just like a call from the business- last name Carter

I have occupied a space here for 4 years. Over the years the landscape has changed a bit, ie Travel world was there but the service never changed. They take great pride in what they do and the staff is exceptional. They have a dump station onsite and if you need your trailer, you call in advance and the trailer is set out waiting for you. No fuss, no muss. When you bring it back, you drop it off at your site and they’ll park it for you. How easy is that? It is also very secure. I highly recommend Desert Mountain RV for your storage needs.
