Will only allow you to use their check cashing service if you're recommended by someone who has cashed there already. This means unless you're a Spanish speaking Mexican you cannot use their check cashing service. Especially if you're an African American. They treat every Black person with a check like their commiting fraud. They don't even want Black people in the store.
