Absolutely the worst uniform company. I placed an order about 3 months ago for a sweater and still haven’t received it. When I called customer service I was told its still on back order with an unknown delivery date. It appears I probably won’t receive it until the cold season is over. This is absolutely unacceptable and frustrating. If you would like your orders delivered in a reasonable time don’t expect it from Dennis.

You are at their mercy. You cannot expect any delivery to be on time... but wait. What is on-time if you are not even provided a date to expect your order. The only information they provide is "unfulfilled".

The store was clean & well organized. However, the store would have a low inventory of merchandise. The online shopping was even worse. And by the time I received the items I ordered online for our daughter, it was approximately 3-5 months after I ordered them. This interferes with any students education based on the school your child attends, given that the school requires specific Dennis attire. Horrible online & in-store inventory. Sadly no offer to reimburse or credit. And now our daughter no longer attends the specific uniform based school either.

Absolute trash customer service. Stop employing teenagers who don’t know anything. Grossly overpriced with almost stock and can’t cancel online orders. Will absolutely never patronize this place again.

I called the store and was warmly greeted by Evelyn who was kind enough to locate my needed items and hold them for me. When I arrived she was even more helpful making the experience a 5 star.

The uniforms are good quality and service is friendly, but we’ve had a very hard time getting correct sizes because inventory is low or completely out every time we visit this store. Also items have been delayed greatly when we have ordered them online as well.

Store employees were polite and attentive. They were very low on stock because we went in late July, but they cheerfully ordered everything we needed online and waived the shipping fee.
