DrHasan is awesome and the best. After ages, we found the best dentist ever. His office staff is amazing and very very down to earth. His office management Kirsten & Alfredo... are super cool. I regret why I didn't come here before. They go above and beyond. They are flexible. If you are looking for dentist, this is your place. Their hours are great. Kirsten and her staff are very easy to work with in the admin side. Since we been with them, they helped us with whatever was needed. Thank you for amazing service you and your team puts out. Kudos to the Hasan team. My wife and daughter love Dr Hasan, he is very detailed and super helpful.

We had a bad experience at this place. It seems like it's all about their interests and how much money they can make from us and not about doing what needs to be done.Took My 17-year-old son for cleaning. A Punjabi dentist said he needed four crowns removed and a root canal on a small cavity. His dentist colleague told a Punjabi dentist my son doesn't need a root canal.Son left the place without any cleaning because he was told after the fact he needed to pay $130 for deep cleaning even though we have dental insurance that covers ? cleaning.This Punjabi dentist is a disgust to all Punjabis. He puts our image to shame.

If i could give zero stars i would. At first i liked this place (the first two visits). When i went yesterday they tried to charge me $1200 for a deep cleaning. How do I go from it being completely fine the last two visits to needed a deep clean; the math isn't mathing here. I do not need a deep cleaning. I told them I can't afford to get a deep clean so just do the regular one that is free and they said they are refusing to do so. They said i can make payment plans to get a deep clean. My teeth are fine. I have no cavities and no plaque on my teeth, why on earth would i spend over 1K to get my teeth cleaned. And if i really do need a deep clean how is doing no cleaning better than doing the normal cleaning that was free from my insurance. And i pay for insurance out of pocket . My work does not provide for any dental for me.

Terrible experience. Do not let them touch your mouth with getting an itemized bill with pricing before hand. If they do not provide you with that, understand that's when the scam starts! The first time I went there I immediately asked to be referred out for sedation which also cost me an arm and a leg but was necessary. The guy that sits on the left side of the front counter talking like he owns the place is the only person that came in the room, we never talked about any pricing. Before my follow appointment after the referral I was told your co-pay is twenty two fifth-teen which turned out to be 2,215.43. The 43 cent was left out leading me to believe the price was much lower than expected. They claimed that I set down with someone in the office and talked about the price and that I chose the highest quality crown. I didn't choose my crown till after they already ground my teeth down, and we went purely off what was the best match to my teeth color NOT the price. After 5 hours of work I had my first meal only to realize my crown is still hitting the rest of my teeth first and will probably need an adjustment but I read they will charge me to fix this even though it's they bad work. Make sure you can see what the lady behind the desk is having you sign. She swears by the process but couldn't tell me who sat down with me and got my signature. Just verify everything before you

Worst experience I've had at a dentist. I should have read the reviews before coming here because it looks like a lot of people are having the same experience. I went in for a basic cleaning that my insurance covers every 6 months. The first thing I noticed is its an all male staff. Which was different but fine. when the dentist came in he was friendly until I told him I wanted the basic cleaning. Alfredo(he was great!) showed me the prices for the "deep cleaning" that I apparently needed. $780! For a cleaning.... I told the dentist I was refusing the deep cleaning and I just wanted the basic cleaning covered by my insurance. He flat out refused to do the cleaning unless I chose the upcharged option. So I wasted my time, and money on a babysitter for them to literally do nothing but show me their outrages prices and turn me away for what I was scheduled for.

Today on 2/7, I came to delta shores dentistry! I checked in around 830am (paperwork etc) I was seen At 9 am (which was my scheduled appointment) the front desk was very welcoming and nice! Easy process X-rays were done by the RDA Miley! She was so sweet kind and caring! She made me feel so comfortable for it being my first time! DR HASAN! Was the reason why I came to this office he was my provider at another location and even though it's a 25 min drive it worth every mile! I have never had a Dr like Dr HASAN! Let's just say he's really good at what he does! He's pretty fast, with quality work!, gentle and kind! Very much recommended! You won't be disappointed! I also had the pleasure of meeting the Hygienist! His name was NAB! He did my cleaning, and it was painless, he's extremely gentle and takes his time on you which I loved! Thank you for such a welcoming great experience! I'll see you guys in August : ) Very much recommended!

I went to my first office visit here and I can say I had the best dental experience. Dr. Hasan is the best , very thorough with his dental exam and explains everything about my treatment that I needed. Also the hygienist Nav is the best he did my cleaning and was very gentle and nice.

The dentist was very good! He explained the short and long term benefits of the work I required and made time to perform the services. Office staff had great customer service. I’ve found my new dentist for as long as I have teeth lol

I didnt have a great experience with the specialist Dr.Chan, he was upset because i advised him i was specifically there for an implant referral and did not need a whole mouth exam. Then when i asked him questions about the implant and making room in the gum area he said he didnt knw but if hes a specialist he should know things like that, when i left i called my ortho to see about making room in the gum area and they said yes buy when i called your office back Dr.Chan denied my services which i felt was totally unprofessional and not okay since we only got iff on the wrong foot due to his lack of knowledge or anger due to me not wanting a full exam.

Please don’t trust Andrew, he charged me $930, when I told him my insurance takes care of the bill. He insisted that is was not cover at 100 percent. I called my insurance and it was covered. Will get my money back in 7 days. I really liked doctor Dang, but why does he have Andrew working for him when he is billing for procedures that the insurance will pay for. I have to look for another dentist thanks to Andrew. He should be fired ?

I'm embarrassed to say, but have been to MANY dentists in my short life, however this is my first experience with a chain dental office. RUN! Every dentist in this office is trained to UPSELL. I was very disappointed with their business approach to MY oral health. They mark everything up, so he can offer "discounts" that are laughable. Also, will only discount the most expensive treatment option. After a second opinion, I will not be returning to this office and advise anyone in search of an honest, affordable dentist to avoid it as well. I should have read the reviews before trying this place...

Use ANYWHERE ELSE!! I had my bridge installed by these guys. The teeth were too tall (I did not get the correct instructions on setting the mold) Although the lab made a beautiful set, Once installed the guy went STRAIGHT ACROSS WITH A GRINDER Like he was cutting hedges!! So not only did he damage a nice set, but he cut the teeth backwards. You can see the two tone color of the false teeth where he incorectly "shaped" them to fit.I never had any false teeth before and no idea of care,cleaning,up-keep ANYTHING and they/he did not give me any. So with not knowing anything about these now ruined teeth bolted into my jaw I left. Now I am facing severe gum infections and possibly jaw deteriations from infection that could be avoided by simply giving me cleaning instruction.JUST USE ANYONE ELSE. A HOMELESS GUYS MIGHT OFFER MORE HELP THAN THIS GUY. HE KNOWS WHO HE IS.I STILL HAVE HIS "HANDY WORK BOLTED IN MY MOUTH FOR PROOF!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
