I placed an order for a gun on 12/9/2023 for $3,750 with the expectation that the gun will be delivered in few months. Justin and Cassie were responsive in the beginning, but as time went on they became less and less responsive to my inquiries for delivery until they just stopped responding in May of 2024. As of now 5 months later, I still don't have the gun I ordered, my requests for refund goes unanswered, and now I have to allocate resources to take legal action.

After receiving my armed guard permit, the only gun store I visited and purchased 9mm pistol. I am satisfied the customer service and friendly behavior here. I have no words to explain better. I’ve been wanting to upgrade my trigger but didn’t know what to get so I looked around and wanted to support our local businesses and found this spot.
Justin the owner is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident about my purchase.
I think he knew I was excited to try it out so he made the installation quick and price is very reasonable.
I tried it out the same day and no issues.

$500 disposable on a gun he was supposed to order that he never did. Talked to him on the 30 day **** he said give him 2 more days. Still never heard form him iv sent many text, if he replies if it is 2-3 days later and extremely vague. He doesn't ancer his phone. Worst experience iv had with an FFL. Requested a reimbursement after the 2 day grace ****** he asked for and still no ancer or reimbursement.

Came into the shop as a new owner after coming to several arms dealers in the Sacramento and Bay area, by far the best customer service I've been given was from here, really appreciate the advice Justin had for me and walked away happy, with what i wanted and more, really great prices, and with plans to come back. There was no pressure to purchase and tolerance for my lack of knowledge was admirable, all questions answered truthfully and without intent to sell me on a product, greatly appreciated. Could not say the same for a lot of shops in the area. If you're into guns or getting into them, i believe this is the best service you're going to get and i would and will highly recommend this to all friends and family members.PS. The location is in a neighborhood which the fiancé found odd at first, but once you're at the address its very professional and most importantly, to me at least, stands out the most in the whole area, you will be treated with respect regardless of race, age, knowledge etc.

My dad told me about Davis Gunworx one day as we were having dinner.. I had been looking to do upgrades on one of my firearms. I’m so far beyond happy I went with Davis Gunworx instead of an armory or other business. Justin knew up and down exactly what I wanted and made My rifle precisely the way I wanted it to be with the Desert tan!! Everything from Bcm stock and grip to Noveske muzzle break to the aero lower and geislie addition! I’m so happy and can’t wait to go to the range again this weekend.. till the next one Justin!!
