This was my first experience with at selling a house. I was completely lost. Dale Apodaca was the instrument that walked me through as he was calming and very patient with me. (I was crazy) Dale he kept the faith, and kept reminding me too. He was amazing , he really brought a ray of sunshine into an otherwise gloomy time. I am very pleased with the customer service and professionalism of Dale and Mark Apodaca. We had a 1967, 2 story house on a large lot. They definitely went above and beyond assisting us in the sale of this house. The team identified and engaged services to; clear huge amounts of rubbish, house inspection, termite treatment and intensive presale cleaning of the house.All of this accomplished between May 24 and June 3rd when the house went on the market and sold in 4 days. From our first meeting with Dale, we were very impressed with all of the research he had pre-flighted for our review. They and their team were very attentive and sensitive to the circumstances, kept us informed at every step of the process and wrapped up this transaction professionally and in a timely manner. I first met Dale in 2007 when he helped me with a property. The contract did not close due to me being laid off (clearly not his fault contract did not close). However, the assistance on his part was still wonderful as he protected my funds and had it returned. With the great past experience and fast forward 15 years, now 2022, I reached out to Dale and hoped he was still in the business. I was very happy to receive a call back from the familiar voice and we picked up where we left off. I am clueless as a buyer and Dale was very patient/responsive to the many questions I had. I know Dale has other clients but I felt like I was his only client and he was dedicated to only me. In this current competitive buying market, I was getting discouraged but Dale was always there with a positive attitude and kept that light at the end of the tunnel lit brightly. When viewing homes, Dale is punctual, treated it as if he is buying the home and if it didn't feel right, he is upfront and will suggest we move on (a handful of homes we passed on are still on the market and most likely due to that sixth sense he had about it). He is very knowledgable and understands how to get things moving in your favor. Dale has been in the business for a very long time and has contacts (inspectors etc.) who were just as wonderful to work with. Heather, who is Dale's Transaction Coordinator, also provided a wonderful experience and moved the process along effortlessly. The team was always responsive to all of our questions and if they didn’t know, they found out. Because of the good will they have built with lender and title company, as well as other professionals they work with, our experience was great.It was a fairly quick sale of our home, once we put it on the market, but Dale’s team made all the difference.Finding a home was much harder, but, again, the team was with us every step of the way. We’re in and very satisfied.

We went with the Apodaca team for the sale of our previous home, and for the purchase of our new home. Every step of the way they gave honest feedback and were very thorough when it came to investigations. As buyers with no sort of realtor background, they made sure that we knew exactly what we were signing and what it meant to us or how it related to the house purchase/sale. All in all the Apodaca team made our experience fun and easy while still being professional and punctual and if we decide to sell, we know who we’re calling.

My husband and I called Dale on Dec. 23rd to give him the green light to start the process of selling our home because we found a HOT property in another area we were very interested in living in. Dale then worked his magic, got our home on MLS Christmas Day 2020, with pictures and a virtual tour. He very professionally advised us on all the chain of events that needed to happen, mind you, during Christmas holiday. He scheduled 22 showings, the 26th, 27th, and 28th. We had 3 offers the morning of the 28th. He communicated and helped us not only with selling our home but, in the purchase of our "new" home. With many inspections, financing, and all the details. We both are so appreciative of Dale's responsiveness, his professionalism , and his work ethic.We would not be in our dream home today with out him being not only our agent but, now our true friend.
