The CVS store on Mack Road is one of the newly opened CVS. The store looks very beautiful outside. But the store seems like 30 years old once you walk inside. I don't know why all the CVS stores look old, even those just opened within the last few years. Also, the store has a lot of empty or semi-empty shelves and some empty spaces. Some of the items are locked up behind the clear plastic doors too!

I picked two stars for this CVS location because going in and out of this store is very scary because lots of homeless people approach you form no where and there’s no security around. However, the representatives working inside store provide good customer service.

Very dissatisfied. Came in today in the AM for a Covid shot and they were so rude and unprofessional. Told me that I cannot be seen without an appointment. I asked if I can make an appointment on the scene and they said to go online and make it or to call them? I confirmed that they wanted me to call THEIR LINE instead of TALKING WITH THEM since I was already there. It just made no sense. The clerk agreed and proceeded scheduling me an appointment when the pharmacist (a younger asian female, I wish I got her name) interrupted and told the clerk "just tell her to come at 2". I asked for clarifications why I cannot be seen and she had no response and was very rude and unprofessional. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. Got a Covid shot at Wallmart on Florin in 10 mins.

I don't recommend purchasing photo products other than prints from here. I purchased photo magnets. They are prints glued to a magnet. They aren't even cut to fit each other.

My husband went to the pharmacy to pick up an allergy prescription for my baby and they told him it wasn't ready. When I went to pick it up hours later (getting off work early) the counter was closed for lunch so I waited 30 mins in the store. When it did open the front desk looked up my prescription and told me they did not have it in stock. Wasted my time my husbands time. I left work early rushed to get the medication to my infant.

The cashier ASHYANA was very disrespectful to Migo today, just because I didn't want to pay with her and she yelled at all the customers that I gave out a lot of coupons. She left me embarrassed and I thought I was paying with the other girl because she spoke Spanish and also that girl. AsHYANA cashier last time I gave a $10 Estrabucks popon and she only charged me $7 that's why I don't like that she serves me but today she went too far to embarrass me with a 0 for her she doesn't deserve any stars

Me and my 4 year old son went to the store to get an ice pack and a few household items. He had to use the restroom so we walked around the store 2 times to find a employee and found a middle aged lady with a hijab on her phone. I approached to to ask if my son can use the restroom. She proceeded texting on her phone and didn't even turn around, but said, "it was closed for 'corporate". Just the interaction and acknowledgement was very minimal and felt rude so we left. She should work on her customer service.

Pharmacy employees behave very badly, their behavior towards people is unprofessional, they don't think about the sick person at all, every time you visit, they make excuses for not doing work, their behavior is really bad.

CVS Pharmacy in Mack Road at South Sacramento opened a few years ago, just before the pandemic. I have never been here until now. The store looks excellent both exterior and interior. The parking lot looks good, but I saw some homeless people in the area! Fortunately, I found parking right at the front entrance. So I went in and got what I wanted and then got out right away! The store looks good, the store inside is spotless, and all items are well displayed. I will love to spend time in the store without worrying about my car. I hope California will fix this issue soon! I feel sorry that the businesses have lost money because of the government believes they are rich!

They have dirty products and I wanted to get a discount or see if they could clean them since it’s the ethical responsibility to provide good quality and they had an attitude. The cashier was talking to me while she was on her phone and didn’t even look at me and had the audacity to get mad at me for asking her to look up
