It is unfortunate that now you go to this CVS and they do not have a restroom you can use. I have always given this particular store 5 stars. But I think there's been a lot of changes here and unfortunately there's no longer my five star CVS. Hopefully they will be able to provide a public restroom for their paying customers again.

This location closes at the whim of whatever manager is on duty regardless of listed hours. Shelves are always bare.

Gave me the wrong dosage seizure medication for my daughter, drove home and then was called to be notified i needed to return it. Then told the injectable needed to be reordered since the pen can’t be reversed. I am thankful they caught the error but no apology for the inconvience from pharmacist and pharmacist manager concerned of who filled order incorrectly but also no apology. Very unprofessional, doesn’t make me feel confident in this pharmacy

Felt a bit off so did home covid test.....came out positive. Regular doctor could not see me and wasn't even returning calls. Went into Minute Clinic as a walk in. In and out of there in less than 90 minutes with prescription for Paxlovid. Insurance covered total cost. Not sure about other services of store clerks.

Always busy and the staff is always hustling. I appreciate that above all else because if your store is slow and you still move without purpose, it truly can make the customer feel even more angry as a result. I went into the store to pick up medicines multiple times and when I had an issue and I called speak with a pharmacist, I was able to and she was very kind, patient, and helpful. There isn't much more you can ask for. They do shut down for lunch between 12:30-1pm so just be aware if you are on a time crunch.

Time on door, Google , yelp anything you can think says opens at 7 Am and it’s been 7:30 . Employees are soo trash no1 is here store been closed. Really unprofessional and Bad service CVS corporate needs to take immediate action

I've been consistently impressed with this CVS location. It was over two years ago when I first came here to pick up supplies for my mom who had been placed in hospice care. I will never forget the kindness of the pharmacist who helped me decipher the large pack of medications. I was pretty much on autopilot after being with my mom for a week in the hospital but he helped me understand what the medications were and the dosing (actually a lot better than the hospice nurses). Since then I switched my own medications to this location. It is convenient to where I live and the staff, while under a corporate entity, seem to always manage to be helpful and kind despite the intense workload. When I have had issues related to my monthly migraine injection they have been helpful on the phone. They actually answer the phone and try to help get the info you need. This medication seems to need a special order every month and is often out of stock locally. With heir help I have kept on a regular schedule of the injections. I like the CVS app to keep me updated and request refills but it's not perfect and the phone calls help clear up some issues. The drive in widow is convenient and the wait inside is typically not very long. Hours that are posted on Google are usually accurate and they do change. The pharmacy opens at 10 am, closes at 6 PM on weekends and is open at 9 am until 8 at night M-F the last I checked. It's not a 24/7 pharmacy. They also have a lunch hour where it is closed.

The hours posted are for the store, not the pharmacy. The pharmacy closes at 6pm It would be helpful to know the hours when specifically searching for the pharmacy.

I showed up at 11:36 needing bandaids, they told me they were closing and needed to be out by 12. White lady with short black hair told me no they can’t help me. All I needed was bandaids for my child. Horrible!

Slowest service I've ever experienced. They were processing scripts instead of serving us waiting in the line!!! Don't even think about going to the drive-thru unless you want to waste 1-2 hours of your life and then they don't even have a resolution for the issue of there is one so they leave you empty handed anyway. What a joke of an operation here at Florin Road CVS, they should consider firing the Pharmacist and operations manager. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️
