CV s and in particular this location at Fulton. Ann mark county is very extremely disorganized And colleges great stress, trying to get the correct prescriptions on time.
I have asked that the accupt test strips be taken off. I do not need them anymore yet. They are still filling it. I have asked that the flutican be. Taking off because I have more than I need. No matter how many times I tell pharmacy staff these things. They continue to try to bill me for them. Also 3 days ago I paid for delivery and still have not received my delivery. They are unable to tell us when we will receive delivery

The staff here are so kind and helpful to us. We are a struggling family and they go above and beyond to assist us graciously and generously, despite the coupons we often arrive with. They are always helpful and accomadating, and pleasant, even when trying to work a register with me on the phone asking complicated questions. Anthony and (forgive me for butchering the spelling of her beautiful name) Nargeis?, were especially wonderful. Arden Arcade has too few of these lovely businesses and helpful employees left sometimes and I realize that may be a result of the difficult area it can be here in Arden Arcade..! Let's hope we don't lose this lovely business or their staff!

Pharmacy meets my needs and everyone is friendly. The rest of the store... well health and beauty area are practically empty, doubt makeup will ever return...rest is under lock and key, but w/o enough people to help and feel awkward that I can't just look and compare and then they carry items to counter. But it's the norm everywhere. Holiday isle a real mess . Rumor is this place is closing like other drugstores in the area. I hope not as it's close to home to be able to get my medications. I miss what this store was when it opened, but I know those days are gone.

This is the absolute worst CVS I have ever been to.
The people working there are rude and do not want to help. The shelves are empty with items put sparingly around. No shopping carts or baskets to carry items you want to buy.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

This CVS store is semi-empty like lots of CVS nowadays! I usually come here for a quick shopping with some household items and snacks. But the store is very low on inventories now! The employees at this CVS are still very friendly and offer help if I'm looking for any items they might have in stock. But the shopping experience is terrible when a store is pretty much empty!

In person, this is a decent place. You don’t have to wait for someone to open the case for every item you want, it’s clean, people are nice… but try calling the pharmacy. Seriously, try it. It is so frustrating, I’m struggling to keep the profanity out of this review. If someone knows how to speak to a person when calling, please make it known, cause I enter my info, after saying, repeatedly that I don’t have the rx number, then get told that there is a problem with my phone number, and am sent to voicemail or back to the beginning. I have tried many options, but just end up creatively cussing the computer voice out, which also doesn’t help.

Worst store manager. Can't keep his staff safe until today with a security guard. Let's people come in & steal & blames the staff for it. As a customer & friend I finally had to remove my prescriptions from this pharmacy because Steve allowed an employee call me gross names. STORE will close soon I assume

I have been trying for a week to get very necessary medication and while I understand there can be issues with having something in stock, that should not prevent staff from keeping patients informed and calling them back. I had to call several other stores in the area to get it filled last minute because I finally ran out without so much as a response from this location. It's also a share that some CVS stores don't answer the phone, instead directing all calls to voicemail.

Will never return, the store is empty probably because everyone is accused of stealing. My infant is sick for the first time, i went in at 330p trying to hurry, thinking itl ve faster than walmart just to otc medicines, trying beat rush hr to get to babys dr appt in 20 mins, i have an EMPTY stroller but my sick baby, LP stalking me, but missed me paying at register, i even told the cashier i forgot something. I went to look for a supplement the school recommended for nursing to help the baby. I have no idea where it would be, i look everywhere cant find it , no one around to ask, thought about asking pharmacy but theres sick people waiting dont want baby worse. So i left couldnt find it. When i leave the police are outside saying arent you going to pay for that? Saying LP called on me. Could it be i touched my breast inside? Because my sick infant cant eat and im engorged in pain, could it be my hoodie? In winter that is my university i go to, is it the stroller i use everywhere? Is it im not white enough? Is it because no one JUST ASKED ME if i need help IN the store before i left, INSTEAD OF CALLING THE POLICE TO DETAIN ME AND MY BABY?

Horrible shopping experience. One employee in the store. Nearly every item behind locked cabinets. Must stand in line for each item behind cabinets. The one employee was overwhelmed and rude. Don't shop at CVS until they learn their revenue comes from customers

Phone ringing off the hook. 1 employee working by themselves. Came to get deodorant and it took 12 minutes because everything is locked up.

I like this pharmacy a LOT. They take good care of the prescriptions that I have filled there. Most of my meds come thru the mail (required by my insurance) but that is recent. in the past we used them for all - because of the drive-thru, and COVID. The check out process when picking up is almost always fast. Sometimes there's a line - but that happens. They're friendly, nice and very helpful. Most recently I got my COVID Booster there and that was a very pleasant experience. It was quick, easy, the person did a great job of the vaccination experience and we were out in a flash. I LIKE This CVS and we've moved since we started here, but I like the place and we are established here. There's a CVS or two closer, but I'd rather drive a little farther because I am comfortable with this Pharmacy.
