The worst experience ever! I have have been to CVS stores in the worst neighborhoods and have been treated with the upmost respect. This Folsom store is a joke. The cashiers acted like I owed them something. So rude at ring up. There was huffing and puffing because a coupon was not scanning. Plus I came to pick up a picture mug to only realize it double printed and I had to return and wait 20 extra minutes I did not have. I am not happy!

The customer service at this location is extremely poor and rude. I came here three times already, and all those times it was like the employees don’t want customers to ask them for help or assistance. I’m not saying all of them, but at least those I had to ask. One is a gay dude and the other is a female who kinda look white/latina. I hope to see this store gets a better customer service next time. #sad

April 18 2024 8:05am Terrible Reviews for this Location ? Not Suprising. I usually come to this store every morning during my bus run to grab snacks. Long story short. Stop using the Code " Customer Service Scan each isle" to watch black ppl while they shop at this location. The store is in a suburban area. Your reviews suck and hardly anybody is ever in the store so things can't be that bad to go about a security camera Infront of black Customers. Just know this black Customer makes 2.5 times your salary and you make less than a McDonald's cook. Have a great day ?

I used to go to the one in the Target on J St. When it closed they were supposed to transfer my prescriptions to Folsom Blvd. But that didn't happen. Now the app isn't working since Saturday and I'm out of my pain meds. I called my Dr. To send the refill and when I try to call there's no way to talk to the pharmacist to confirm or get a time estimate. I left a message this morning but didn't get a call back, so I left another one. Now I'm in extreme pain and don't know if it will be better tonight, tomorrow or next week.

Bad service and terribly organized. They told me my prescription needed authorization, which made me call my insurance only to be placed on hold for hours only to find out that it was authorized. I came back to pick up my prescription. They tried to tell me it wasn't authorized again and then after pushing back the lady finally said that it was approved after all. These people are not great at what they do...

Useless store, three store employees standing around yet when wanting to purchase anything told they don't ring anyone up, you have to use self checkout. Never coming back to this location

Lost or forgot about our Rx three times despite it being hand delivered to the staff. I get the workers have no control and it's all dictated by some corporate overload but jeez hire more workers.

This is the worst pharmacy anywhere - people are rude and ignorant- and a bunch of A$$ es - don't go to this store- they are stupid and can't count- they shorted me on my prescription and refused to fill my prescription

I came in to pick up my 24x36 size poster and the manager told me the coupon only applies online. I didn't know this and was upset because I was going to have to drive across town to get my computer and upload the document I was trying to print just to get the coupon to apply online. She helped me out with this so I could still get the poster for the price I was planning for. Thank you so much! You were incredibly helpful and saved me so much extra stress !!!

So I came into this cvs for an RX pick up and arrived 2 minutes until they closed . I just had a pick up and there were two pharmacies sitting there with their gat half way closed . I said "excuse me I have pick up" the woman looked at the the wall clock that said 8:02 and I looked at my iPhone clock that said 2 minutes till. So I replied "according to who , my smart phone connected to the global clock and it's actually 2 minutes until ." And she gave me some lame lie of an excuse saying " not all clocks are the same and we are. Closed and their registers won't ring you up!' What a crock of Sh*t!!! That only applies when you try to buy booze after 2am. I think this is one of my biggest bet peeves! You know when you make it to a place before they are advertised time yet the work is so concerned about leaving work they forget their how to be civil to a fellow human being! Obviously I have help issue that require needing a RX and for all they know it could fatal for me not to receive my medication. And sure I should get to a businessman or so close to the end of the hours but unfortunately I was coming to this location for the first time so I got a little lost getting g the the pharmacy. To make matters word I got into a like car accident when in route since I'm frazzled from being with out my medications for 3 days

Apparently their pharmacy doesn't close at 8pm on Weds 2/13/24. It closes at 7:50pm. They won't tell you this. The staff will just passively aggressively ignore you as you wait in the drive through line for 10 mins. Really appreciate the consideration for people's needs for life saving meds. ??
