My wife's wallet was stolen from a place close to this CVS location, and then the thief attempted to use 5 different credit cards that were in the wallet at this CVS location (around 3pm on 7/12/2024) before one finally approved. So if a person shows up to buy over $1800 of stuff, and has 5 cards in a row declined (the 6th card approved the transaction), the staff here don't do anything? That's suspicious. Some of the cards being used had my name on them (not my wife's), so if the CVS employee asked for ID the thief wouldn't have been able to produce one with my name on it. The transaction is going to be reversed anyway (I did a chargeback), and the store will be out $1800.
Yesterday I called the store to report this and the manager just said to call corporate. These people are asleep at the wheel.

Understaffed but very polite and helpful staff. George is always friendly and helps make sure you get all your CVS discounts.
It's often a slow check out here and the site could be cleaner, but those are relatively minor issues.

They won’t let people use the restroom. I’m a working professional and was dressed as such. I will be sending my scripts and business to Walmart, where they let you use the bathroom.

Highly recommend using any other pharmacy in the area. After telling me that insurance wouldn’t cover a basic prescription and it would cost me, $1,000, I was told they would fax my doctor’s office options of an alternative which they never did. It’s near impossible to get ahold of them on the phone, you must leave them a voicemail and you don’t get a call back. My alternative was to go to a different CVS who had to call them to get them to back out of the prescription all together. Nightmare experience.

Today I had a dislike with this person who accidentally touched me from behind I ordered the recordings and the nego. Be careful if anyone kisses this person's garbage. Avoid having contact with him if someone you are interested in a superior I ask in the most kind way to be fired if I take legal action.

The clerk, Diego, new as of about a couple weeks, did not give me a $10 off on a $30 purchase coupon. The total initial cost of my purchase was $38.87. I was later told I needed to call CVS for a refund.

I suggest maybe hiring pharmacists who don't have a stick up their ass. I probably had 2 good experiences with a some employees but there's a young lady in there that acts like she just hates her job and takes it out on those who are picking up.

Get rid of that damn voice mail system. It takes almost four minutes to leave a voice and you don't callback.

This CVS is at the corner of Franklin Blvd and Sutterville Road. One block away from the Hwy 99 freeway exit. It is very convenient if I want to get something very quick on my way home. The store is pretty well stocked. I can find most of the stuff I’m looking for here. They’re usually not very busy. So the checkout is very fast most of the time.

Very helpful and friendly staff members especially the tall black gentleman with glasses who whenever you walk in exudes a positive energy around him and he’s extremely friendly and goes above and beyond. Such a nice personality I had to leave a review just for him. I hope this review reaches him and influences a pay raise for him because of the friendliness that he exhibits and CVS should take care of people like him because he gives an extremely good reputation to CVS and it would be sad to see him let go or leave because he doesn’t get a high enough pay.

I wouldn't go to CVS if I wasn't required to by my insurance company. Their new phone system only allows you to leave a voicemail. No more talking to staff at your convenience only theirs. Have waited over an hour for a callback. I wish CVS would realize people's lives don't revolve around them. No more calling on my lunch hour. I have to find some other time to call which isn't convenient at all, I guess I'm just a customer who doesn't matter. It shouldn't take hours to refill a prescription they require me to contact them to get refilled. The last time I had to have a friend drive miles out of his way to pick up this prescription because they never have it in stock even if I order it days in advance. Poor customer service all around.
