Employees are unprofessional. Management hasn't trained employees adequately. Cashiers lack basic math skills, store is extremely dirty throughout the entire store even the pharmacy area. If paying cash double check your change.

This review is for the Pharmacy. Mariana is very very rude and really lacks customer service. She should be ashamed of herself. She’ll literally cut you off mid sentence and tries to make you feel stupid.

Just moved from LA - while I have all my Medi-CAL & Medicare numbers they couldn’t find I was fully covered - so I had to paid all my prescriptions without assistance. Very Tough on slim budget.

The store looks like half empty! This was the first feeling I had when I walked into the store!The store is dated but still clean and organized. But some of the shelves also have empty spaces. The store is too big for them now!The parking lot has a few homeless walking around. I don't feel safe to park my car here!

This is thee MOST filthy drug store I have ever shopped in…they need to hire someone to clean it, vacuum and have the filthy black spots on the carpet shampooed.

Horrible. 6 days after receiving a prescription. I still have not received a call back. The pharmacy is automated and there is no way to talk to a pharmacist. This place is horrible. Avoid at all costs.

This CVS store seems too big for its business needed with the business model they're doing nowadays. The store has many empty shelves and even empty spaces. I feel like I'm shopping in a warehouse with not enough products fill up the space! The store also looks dated and due to a remodel! However, the store looks clean and the employees are friendly. The price of the household items are about the same of most of the other stores. But the selection is limited. The pharmacy is not as busy as most of the CVS stores I have visited. I hope it means you don't have to wait long for your prescription.

Went to this location because it's in my neighborhood. I had an infant sick at home and needed medicine fast. I enjoy the deals cvs offers. Upon entering the store The workers at this location appeared unenthusiastic & did not want to help me while I was in store. One of the girls had music playing loudly from her phone . The first place I went was to coupon kiosk because my phone battery was dead I had no access to the app . It wouldn't print I asked a worker and she said "it's not working we have to call in someone to fix it" , I shopped around a bit then finally wanted to check out . When I asked if there were any deals on my cvs account the cashier said "no", when I clearly had my monthly $10 deal. The security guard told me in line they were replacing the paper in the kiosk . After waiting a few more minutes it was replaced and the worker walked away. My coupons got" jammed" didn't come out . Finally after a few minutes a worker found me in line and gave me my coupons that printed out . Everyone had a bad attitude. I didn't want to come back , but had to the next day . I added several coupons and extra bucks to my account . The person checking me out rescanned me several times and asked "do you want to use all of coupons". I replied yes . She said "well you can just save some for next time " and rescanned my items again . I had to basically argue with her to use my coupons.... ridiculous. Probably won't be back , probably go the extra distance to my local Walgreens .
