All of the sudden, they do not fill prescriptions from Planned Parenthood! I've had the same medication refilled by this CVS pharmacy for the last 1.5 yrs. This time I go to pick up the refill, and first the pharmacy manager tells me that the prescription expired 2 days ago, so I can no longer pick up my refill. She says she has to call the physician to get it refilled. AFTER I leave, she calls to harass me about why the doctor's office is out of town, I explained to her that at P.P. nurse practitioners have the physician fill the prescription, but she wasn't satisfied with my answer and continued to treat me like I was lying to her and trying to con her. Like I said before, I've been using this CVS pharmacy, for the same medication without any issues whatsoever ever until today. I will never shop, refill, or do any kind of business with this CVS again. Shameful!

Worst. Pharmacy. Ever.Since their recent changes everything is the worst. Customer service? The worst. Medicine in stock? Pretty much never. Willingness to help you with anything? Heck no. Front staff is rude. I'm never going to CVS again. Pick another pharmacy if you are actually in need of your prescriptions to be accurate, on time or just enjoy not being treated like garbage

I recently filled a prescription at CVS and was charged 3X the usual co-pay for the specific prescription. When I asked why the charge was so high, the employee said it was because the prescription was a 3 month supply. I told her I am always charged the co-pay per prescription, not by number of months supplied. She said, if I didn't like it, complain to my Insurance company and ask them for a refund. I was shocked by her arrogance. I will never fill another prescription or buy anything from CVS again.

I know it's a Sunday, but the service cannot be this slow at a pharmacy! If you can, please do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy. The pharmacy technicians weren't very friendly. My grandparents made an appointment for their covid shot, but the pharmacist did not show up till 30 minutes after the appointment time. They didn't even acknowledge that they were late. They gave no apology whatsoever. It was the most frustrating experience I have ever had at a pharmacy.The only positive experience I had was the interaction I had with the cashier/retail people. They were super friendly and patient!

Are you kidding me!!!!! Called in 3 times, placed on hold all three times, waited over 30 mins each time and disconnected all three times!!!!! Fix your Pharmacy call in line! You can hire someone to answer calls at home. Horrible!!!! I know Ca is short staffed but WTF. When I tried to talk to them to tell them not to put me on hold, he did it anyways!!!!I am headed up there to personally discuss the issue they are having.

The female, who was not the pharmacist, asked if I needed help. I told her I had a question. She said she would help me at the window. I told her my issue, and she offered knowledgeable information that helped me get, exactly what I needed!

Update at bottom. Staff today is inept. They do not know how to enter the insurance information. Wasted my time and the lady before me...So we could not get our medication. Another time they lost my hard copy prescription. UPDATE- The service has improved and I have added 2 more stars for that.
