Got a case and screen protector for my last phone from Custom Cases and came back because I liked the lifetime warranty on the screen protector.When I got a screen protector for my S23 they put a glass one on that had a circle around the biometric scanner. I could see it when the screen was off and when it was on. It looked stupid and I took it back 5 minutes later asking for a replacement or refund.The cashier at the counter told me they didn't have any more of those screen protectors so I'd have to come back. I asked for a refund instead because the screen protector looked so stupid. They told me no. Then the guy who put the screen protector on told me he had another one that was rubber and replaced it. So the cashier lied and was unhelpful in getting my situation resolved.A few months later it develops an air bubble that's impossible to get rid of and the screen protector has shifted so it's covering part of the front camera lens. I take it back to get it replaced and they replace it with one that is too small and a little cloudy. It makes the perceived resolution of the screen go down so it seems blurrier than it is. I think it's anti glare but my question is why are they putting random screen protectors on phones? Why is there no consistency? I didn't go back in to the store because I'm so over dealing with them. I'll just buy one on Amazon and install it myself.If you want an expensive, stupid looking screen with bubbles in it this is your place. If you don't, go literally anywhere else.
