They do not honor what their website says and instead make up their own rules once you get to the store. Their process for selling is ridiculous and their website falsely misrepresents how simple it is. I went in with the expectation that I could do the drop off method since it was listed on their website. When I went in they said you cant do the drop off if you are a first time seller; the told me to add my name to the waitlist that had about 6 people on their already. They said they would give me a text once its my turn and I have 15 minutes to get there but I live 15+ mins away so it would be impossible. My only options were to wait in the store for 2+ hours or drive around the area and hope to make it back within 15 minutes.
I understand that this is how they process it but the website needs to be more clear then. The woman there said each website is different and I told them I looked at this locations website and it mentioned nothing about the drop off method not being for first time sellers, I would not have gone there had the drop off method not been offered. I told them this and their response was that I could always call the store but why would I call the store when the website itself says they have a drop off method. Wasted my day driving there because they do not honor what their website states.

Brand new clothes never worn they turned down but saw them take old used vintage clothes from a non-black person. Felt discriminated against and racist.

The young lady behind the counter, I believe is the one who decides what to purchase, needs further training on names brands and clothing still with labels and price tags, also with her outfit, please iron your clothes, wrinkles aren't very tidy. You're representing a clothing store , fashion, style, etc, being in the store on Arden me feel like i was in a cheap thrift store , with stained clothes and wal mart faded t shirts. Took in so much awesome brands, left with everything smh

They are equal to a pawn shop with payouts the only difference is if it's new with tags they haven't asked for any proof of purchase but they choose what to buy by the workers choice not a standard code they follow so it's not fair in some sense kuz what they buy from 1 they may not buy from the next. I had a David's bridal white silk teddy nwt $49.99 I got $5.50 in cash or I could've taken $11 store credit but I didn't see anything under $25 on the racks..

The treatment that myself and another woman were given was unacceptable. I was feeling angry already because they skipped over me and helped all the white customers first. I say that because a lady checked in after I did with two bags compared to my one. It was no biggie but she was helped and had already left. I went outside to smoke a cigarette while I waited. Another Black woman felt the unfriendly presence also. When she asked for help they were rude to her and after seeing that my name had clearly been moved around from its original place. I brought it to their attention and their employee said they made online appointments. He lied. The one lady and I talked because we had the same bag. There Racist and it clearly shows. We felt frustrated and angry all at the same time. This is 2024 and you guys should be ashamed of the customer service you choose to give your Black customers. To treat anyone differently because of the color of their skin is wrong.

Be careful!!! When you buy in this line of stores, look carefully at your receipt because they add a percentage of 3% to the total purchase, even if you pay with a debit card, I try to return the purchase and they only return with a gift card to buy with themselves! !! It is a bad idea to buy here, I did it and I thought their sales and return policy was very bad.

Spent two hours to sell my clothes only for the employee to say, “They couldn’t accept our clothes due to the brand and the condition.” It felt like they had too much on their hands and didn’t even want to go through the clothing. The clothing brought in was in much better condition than what was on the rack, and was the same brand as the clothing on the rack. As well as, they aren’t size inclusive.

Also a bad buying experience. One was so rude, but bent over backwards for an African American Gal, bought all her stuff. Just another bad service experience from people who watch too much and believe what they see on television.

Tried to sell some things. They sell by season and how well kept the items ate. I had some stuff I know would be in mint condition ( since it was never worn) and it was a rain jacket so good for winter. I browsed while I was there and it became very apparent they aren't size inclusive. Don't go here or try to sell here if you are plus sized.
