Worst place I ever lived manager in 2020 was immature at times with his responses and I once waited 3 months for an ac unit to get replaced in a hot summer season with a 5 year old , I had to complain a few times and even offered to help them install it . The manager Was very bias towards anyone that's not his people.

Reposting since they wanted to delete my truthful & honest review! My review is also on their fb with pictures! Then a year later they want to email me saying I owe them $216.26. Every bad review on this place is the truth!Where shall I start? The manager Amanda told me I couldn't use "Big Words" because I used the word Incompetent & threatened to evict me if I left an honest review of this place hence why so many reviews are left blank below. 90% of these reviews are totally TRUE! They absolutely do NOT answer their phones which is why they tell you to email them but lag there as well. Homeless live by the Trail going on 2+ years & break into cars, steal, roam thru the dumpsters, & sleep on the property & bang on your windows. I've called police numerous times to report. Google maps shows 6 sets of speed bumps LOL this place has them every 25 ft SERIOUSLY. Upgrade the ancient playground. Pool used to be beautiful. Military avoid.Amanda is probably the rudest manager to exist along with her office staff. They will increase your rent 6% each year that is a GIVEN. Avoid this place.Edited to add: As a business you should really think twice before you lie & make slanderous comments against someone for leaving a google review. I am entitled to my open & honest opinion regarding my stay at this complex. I must have defiantly struck a nerve since you clearly have never bothered to write in such depth to ANYONE on these reviews. P.S. I have also attached screenshots of my emails since you are making defamatory statements saying I used "racially charged language".

So we lived here for a few years (just moved feb 2022) and while the place can use some upgrades (no central heat/ac type things) i really enjoyed it overall.I enjoyed being by the creek and hearing all of the birds, sometimes turkeys wandering around.Anytime I needed something fixed that I couldnt/didn't want to do myself, it was always addressed within a day.Everyone in the complex seemed really nice, we have been lucky enough to have some really awesome neighbors!I will say, full disclosure, there are a couple of people that seem to sleep nearby (homeless/on drugs)...not the fault of the apartments but something to just be aware of)

Pros: Manager and maintenance people are great. Most people mind their own business, which is nice. Plenty of parking and close parking outside. Our rent is relatively cheap compared to other apartments listed on websites. We do pay for our own water, electricity, and laundry cards. But still overall cheaper.Cons: Upstairs neighbors are always loud when people are trying to sleep. They obviously do not care even when talked to. There is always a water problem. Sometimes water is randomly brown, water leakage, or water repairs. Other reviews state that there are bed bug infestation, this is true. There are also cockroaches, centipedes, spiders, and other bugs. Constant RENT INCREASES pre-pandemic and now as of Jan 2022. I am assuming that the rent increased due to the pandemic, current inflation, and expiring laws. Rent for us has increased around 9.2% in this one instant, but keep in mind that rent was unable to increase during the pandemic. Can't blame them for increasing rent, but as tenants we are always going to be advocating for cheaper rent.Most of the cons are fixable. Neighbors can leave, water can be fixed eventually, and bugs hopefully die. It's a nice apartment complex overall.

The apartments themselves, I give a 3. They are pretty quick when it comes to emergency calls, but for others you more than likely have to wait at least a month to get any snack thing fixed ( until you complain) the building is ALWAYS getting some kind of work done so theirs always noise. If not the landscapers is the neighbors as well. The neighbors ( most of them) are rude people that won't even allow reason to enter to discussion. Not to mention a lot of the kids that run around here bully kids and cry wolf to adults when they are the ones causing the harm. This place is not horrible because of the apartments. The are awful because of the people that live here.

Manager really rude unprofessional!!! very dirty here! he hangs out with his tenants from Afghanistan not professional at all. Never in my life had a manager like this one. Don't recommend this place att all . I'm glad I move out..

Let me just start off by saying I moved in there around 2009 and moved out there around the end of 2019 the manager is a okay guy the water isn’t very good there it shuts off a lot and they have to fix it so much and there’s cockroaches there and there was also a bedbug infestation at one point while all of this was going on the manager raised the rent most people there were pretty friendly but there were some cases of really bad people there very sketchy I heard that the maintenance man had beg bugs at one point and was spreading it apartment to apartment also maintenance was a pain to request because they took forever to come and when they did it felt like they didn’t even do anything useful and it would just break again the thing about this place I would say after I had lived there for so long seen so much and to know everything I do I would say that the looks are so deceiving there’s so much history to that place it use to look so different now it’s completely over grown my friends and I use to play all the time in the creek when I was younger it’s a completely different atmosphere would I recommend living here no I wouldn’t it’s just to expensive for what it is and it just doesn’t have a welcoming vibe it never did to be honest

I've only stay for 6 months but if I didn't need to look for a house, I would have kept staying here. The property manager Hashim is always responsive and nice. Any maintenance that is needed is quickly done. It's quiet for the most part. I hardly worry about parking which is a massive pet peeve of mine. I feel safe living here. The apartment complex is just the right size where I don't have to go very far to do laundry, dump trash and go swimming.

100% recommend living in these apartments. Landlord Hashim, best landlord ive EVER had. Works extra hard to make sure our needs are met and all his tenants are taken care of and happy. If you're more of a homebody or looking for a quiet peaceful place to live this is your place. Overall very quiet beautiful little complex to live in
