I came in here on a ehim because my nails and toes were TERRIBLE and I had some time to kill... they were great! Very kind, clean, reasonably priced, and accommodating. I also came in at the end of their day on Sunday (I was the last person). They didnt rush through my services and they didnt rush me out the door. Definitely recommend and will return. Thank you!

I visited Creative Nails and Spa hoping for a relaxing day with my daughter and mother, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I will not be returning. The nail technician who assisted me was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. The gel polish used was clearly old, leading to an uneven application with visible imperfections like chips and pebble-like substances embedded in the polish. Despite my attempts to point these issues out, the technician dismissed my concerns, claiming they would resolve after curing under the UV light, which they did not. Moreover, the technician's handling was rough; he jerked my hand around and continued to work in a manner that caused discomfort. At one point, he stopped my session to count money for an extended period and then failed to resume the service with basic hygiene until prompted. I literally had to tell him to wash his hands? After several attempts to rectify the situation with different polish colors, which all presented the same problem, I decided it was best to leave the service unfinished. He kept cutting me and was rude. Despite the poor service, no discount was offered, and I was charged $211. Even their payment system had issues as their Apple Pay was not working. This vibe was just off. And upon leaving I noticed everything is old here. Overall, I was highly disappointed with the service and treatment at Creative Nails and Spa. I hoped for a delightful experience but left feeling frustrated - no apologies, nothing. And all I wanted was a manicure and with a pink French tip with powder. Instead I got a half finished set with acrylic. (The girls who know, know). I recommend looking elsewhere for nail services. (PS, I did find a spot around the corner called Natomas Nails who were able to do a wonderful job).

Terrible pedicure. The worst I had in my entire life. Caused me ingrown nail and cut me in 4 different places during the pedicure. Don’t go there!!!!!!!

I just moved in Sacramento last March, and I'm getting married the next day. I saw this place and it was perfect! They took me in for last minute, before my wedding day!Thank you, so much! I will definitely come again! And they have gentle hands! ??

I been there couple times and this place failed me every time. I made an apt before getting there. Amy rushed me because her other customer was waiting. She keeps telling me that I don't have time to do nail art, she repeated herself many times. Then I asked her why did you give me an apt? Her response was I know but I don't have a time. I even showed the design if she would be able to do it. I am person who does like to argue. I paid myself and walked out. My nails were all bumpy and gel polish was spreader everywhere. My two toe nails were also infected two days after the pedicure.

I have come to the salon for years. Customer service has not been good recently. Today they lost me as a customer, I called ahead to ask if there would be a wait for 3 pedicures and they said no to come now. I did and they told me to wait, I did for about 10min asked a worker about how long the wait would be she answered very rude and irritated, I don’t know ask them. I should not feel like a bother asking a simple question, especially since they misinformed me about no wait time and being a paying customer. The last few times they did it very fast my feet barely soaked, and they have not scrubbed them good. My pedicure should last at least 2 weeks. I always tip, miss Kevin who is no longer there, he had great customer service.

I was in the area and wanted to get a pedicure. This is a bit of drive from me but have been making the drive to get my pedicures here ever since. Kelly is very friendly and always does a great job on my pedicures. Very detailed and takes her time. I highly recommend this place for pedicures!!!

I was here for over an hour to get a manicure simple polish over 30 min of drying and my nails still got ruined money wasted! Plus the guy just went home and left me there didn't even try to stay

It's taken my wife three damn hours for an acrylic French tip!! I've been doing hair and nails for 10 years and as a student I did a mani and pedi in less than an hour!!! The only reason why I didn't do it is because we're from Socal and I'm working up here for the summer so everything is back home. I highly recommend you don't come here. You're better off buying nails at Walmart and gluing them on or have your spouse do them. I paid $96 they told my wife it was gonna be $86 then he had the audacity to get mad because i didn't tip them! The pictures speak for them selfs. My 7 year old daughter does a better job when I teach her, than this "nail tech." The first picture is what she wanted. The rest is trash.

Diane is terrible doing lashes! . About 2 weeks ago I got my lashes done with her. It was my first time there and she started the process with out cleaning my lashes first or asking me what style of lashes I wanted. She rushed to get them done, the whole process only lasted 30 min. When she finished she asked me to hold the fan instead of her doing it. That's your job! since we pay you for a service. After she removed the tape and I opened my eyes, my eyes were tearing and hurting. I went home and when I saw my eyes in a closeup mirror, I noticed the horrible job she did, she ruin my real eyelashes. I texted her to informed her that I was very unhappy with her service and she offer me to go back the next day to fix them but since I had a bad experience I decided to go somewhere else and got them removed.
