It was fine. The pool was never opened even though the website said it was. No one acted like they knew if they could open it but it looked ready to use. You should put the pool is out online. Some people plan trips around having a pool. The elevator was out. The door handles coming in and out and on the stairwell were dirty. I cleaned them the second day since no one did the next day. The room was clean.

Absolutely disgusting behavior by the receptionist. Whoever is there now on may 26 at 930 am should be fired on the spot.

The reception was very friendly, contrary to other claims, there was a parking space at the hotel, even closed by a fence and gate, rooms were spacious, clean, breakfast was American, everything was actually ok.In Sacramento, as in all of California, there are a lot of homeless people and some of them met at the gas station next door at night with a music box and turned the night into day a little, which the hotel can't do for that.

Hotel with good quality-price ratio. Clean rooms and in good condition. The location is not the best, but it is recommended for its proximity to downtown Sacramento.

We truly glad we stayed here for our visit to Sacramento. The room is super clean, w fluffy fresh towels everyday. Front desk staff is very helpful. U can easily walk to downtown where all the attractions are. 15 to 20 minutes walk partly on a Riverside path takes u there although can be a bit dark after sunset.

Was in town for Sacramento kings vs Memphis Grizzlies game. Hotel good location to arena but also didn't seem to be in a great location as appeared to be many homeless people nearby. Despite that room was ok and morning breakfast was nice.

There is a secure parking area for guests and the complimentary breakfast was great.Rooms are spacious with nice features. Located next to the Museum of Science and curiosity, and just a few min to Old Town Sacramento.Nearby activities: Museum of science and curiositySafety: Secured parking lot, security fencing around back

Everything was great and clean, friendly people. Inside felt very safe, but the location is near a homeless shelter so don’t go walking around at night it’s a lil sketchy. They take security measures (can’t enter building at night without a key card. AWESOME BREAKFAST!!?Rooms: Clean rooms with a lot of spaceFood & drinks: Great breakfast!

Where do I begin...full of construction workers that are rude as can be( will be up by 5 am to fill their giant ice boxes full of ice slamming the room doors etc which was loud enough to wake me and my family. ) when I went to let the attendant down stairs know about the noise she was agreeing with me about the noise, but said she can do nothing about it. Also important to note on the booking website the pool was supposed to be open...it is NOT. This hotel has lots of potential for being family friendly, but because of poor practices and allowance of loud construction workers, it is not familyfriendly at all. Sad really, me and my family came to visit the Sacramento train museum for the holidays....get it together people, ruining others peace and fun is not a good trend.Noteworthy details: If you stay here, make sure it's not anywhere near an ice machine and idiot construction workers that believe they are the only ones in the hotel.
