Having been on both sides of the counter in this store.Specifically the night shift.I completely understand why they get in the position that they are in at Night. They can't just close the store to get EVERYTHING done that's required of night shift, cleaning, stocking etc. Meanwhile the gambling addicts making a mess with their lottery and serve customers and clean and stock and audit. It's one person 9 times out of 10 and the previous shift leaves as soon as grave yard arrives.
I was able to manage all the responsibilities because I said screw it we are closed for an hour or 2 hours depending on the mess left by regulars the day before.
Clean up after yourselves before you start crying about service.
Anyways good luck Circle K employees, ignore the rabble and remember you can REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.

Soda machine hasn't been working for over 3 months don't waste your time. Beverage Refrigerators have wires hanging grabbing a drink can be a safe hazard.

Do not stop here. They might be closed, so there's that...They have terrible service as of lately. Always take a receipt, they will happily double charge you or charge you for someone else's groceries but really struggle to provide an inkling of good customer service. Just throw it away and put a 7/11 there... they all trash anyway ... I've never seen a neighborhood store closed so often, it's really sad... the people that been there 5+ years are A1 but the turnover folks = GARBAGE... not sure what's going on but homeowners in the neighborhood used to enjoy a neighborhood store... it's currently a hot pile of mess.

My friend’s brother went in the store to look for some butter but he was unable to find what he needed so proceeded to exit. As he leaves the store, a female employee stops him without reason stating “hey you in the red hair don’t come back or else I will call the police on you if you ever come back”. My friend’s mom was waiting for him outside heard the accusation and proceeded to come inside to investigate why the employee felt the need to state that. When my friend’s mom tried to have a civil conversation with said employee she refused to provide a valid explanation for her false accusation on her son. The employee started screaming “oo is this what you going to do bring someone with you. I dont care get out of my store.” The employee refused to hold a civil conversation with my friend’s mom even when my friend’s mom wanted to speak with a manager and instead decided to call the cops on them. Mind you my friend’s family have been loyal customers of this location for over the PAST 3 YEARS yet were treated with disrespect and racism rather than with respect and compassion. These actions and behavior are UNACCEPTABLE especially in 2023. Circle K needs to do better and hire more professional employees rather than racist bigots. It’s Thanksgiving and said employee decided she wanted to be racist towards local Hispanics than to service them like anybody else. This establishment just lost not only my business but also my respect. Do better.

Service is horrible and lazy, lady at the counter went on a racist rant to a Latino kid for looking for butter on Thanksgiving.

Honest to god, I’m sick of this place. It’s unfortunate that the employees put so very little effort into their job. Especially at night time when unsupervised. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT. Your employees are a reflection of YOUR store. And it’s embarrassing that this is even in my neighborhood honestly. Not to mention, they keep the doors closed most of the night, they get paid to keep a sign on the door, sit inside the store & not answer the phones? What a joke! Just shut the place down. Not only do you not keep the damn doors open, but you lack the very simple skills it takes to run a cash register. Go somewhere else! Don’t go to this store! And circle k ? Hire better employees please I beg of you!

Just coming back from the place. All doors were locked at 5pm in the evening. Had a be back in ten minutes sign on the door. Waited ten minutes, while numerous people attempted to enter store, but walked away. Most saw the clerk sitting on a brick wall across the parking lot on his phone without caring about customers. This isn’t the first time dealing with this kind of nonsense. Nobody enjoys working there and customers take the brunt of “could care less” attitudes. Won’t be back.
