Best preschool! My oldest daughter has been going here since she was 1.5 and she just turned 5, about to go into kindergarten. Mrs Art and Ms Dianne ACTUALLY care about the kids. That is something so rare within this career now a days. I greatly appreciate all that they do for my child in keeping her safe and educated. I can’t wait for my youngest child to start there but I am sad that my oldest will be moving on. Not only do they have great staff but the staff will update you with an app and you can look into the rooms with cameras. I love that I know what my child is doing and get several pictures. We have definitely created a wonderful relationship.

We want to thank Mrs. Art, the director, for working with us. Thank you to the caregivers with a special shout out to Ms. Letty, Leticia, Dianne, Diana, Mayfol and all the other caregivers that helped make daycare a fun place for my 1 year old. They provided a fun and educational place for my child. The caregivers always made us feel like our child was safe and well taken care of.

My infant has been there for a few months and he is doing great here. Staff is super friendly. My little one is developing super fast here and we get good feedback on what’s going on with him. I also really like the app to check in on him

The SproutAbout app keeps me updated on my child throughout the day and access to live camera feed is a unique feature that I like. Staff is kind and easy to communicate with.

I have had my daughter enrolled in this daycare for over 2 years now. I am extremely satisfied with the care they provide for my daughter and the other children. Miss Art and miss Dianne are always extremely friendly and willing to help out any moment. I also like that they have the live monitoring feature throughout the school so that you can see your little one at any time. I would highly recommend this facility over and over again. The relationships that my daughter has created and built are key for her success with communication in the future!!!! Thank you child time! And Shout out to Miss Cary LOVE HER The teachers are wonderful ladies.

Staff is GREAT!!! Staff communicates issues immediately, whether good, bad or indifferent, they listen and take your needs into consideration. I appreciated the HONESTY and the CARE. Also these providers really do care. My kids love it here.

Oli is the jack of all trades there, every time i pick up my kid from school or drop him off i see your hustling and juggling multiple task and she is very polite and professional. she is for sure one if not a top bright spot here and all the kids from what i can see as well as parents love her, I don't know you guys paying rate or what not but she for sure need a raise for sure keep up the good work ms.oli

We had both kids here since they were infants. I had mixed feelings about the initial management, but had no issues with Janell and Dianne. We unfortunately had to move and miss the staff here greatly!

Childtime staff has taken care of our son for a year now - since he was 6 months old. The teachers are kind and caring, communicating well in person and through the app. They listen to our needs and concerns, and our son is happy each day when we pick him up. We feel good about leaving him in their hands, and also have the option to view photos and video of his activities throughout the day. I would definitely recommend Childtime if you’re looking for a reliable and safe daycare facility.

This place is wayyy too overpriced plus it appears new management changed the environment and/or contact info so is actually MORE difficult to get services and info. The only other critique is that the kids look loved up in the glass rooms.

PROS: camerasCONS: staff is lazy and unhappy, no curriculum, JANELL... Do not recommend. My son is now enrolled in Merry hill and it is a refreshing change. FYI

Childtime has been part of our family since 2018 and I would not even consider taking them anywhere else. I have always felt my children are safe and loved there. I have two kids that just wrapped up another summer in their school age program and they had a complete blast! Ms. Dianne arranged so many field trips for them (MOSAC, Seaquest, bowling, railroad and children's museum, splash parks and more!) to keep busy during the summer. They are always going the extra mile to make things special for the families that attend here. My youngest just joined the school agers and they made it a smooth, exciting transition. The teachers here are very caring, creative and loving women. If there is a concern I can always come to Ms. Art and Ms. Janell and I know that I will be listened to. They have an app that keeps me updated about my kids' day, can receive pictures, message the school and also check out their cameras live. The only thing I am bummed about is that my oldest ages out next year! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Childtime!

I love the staff here! My daughter started when she was 6 months old, and I have nothing but good things to say about the program and people. The center manager takes great care to know her clients and their children. She is regularly visible around the center. Every single staff member I have interacted with has been positive, caring, and accommodating. I am so pleased my daughter is in an environment that is safe, clean, and where the people there truly adore the children in their care.

I only chose this place as a last resort because my daughters 4th R program was full and I needed child care On very short notice . My daughter previously attended here in her pre school years for about a two weeks before I removed her because I saw they were just letting the kids watch tv and it didn't make sense for my to pay for child care just to have her watch tv when she could be at home with me .Flash forward to 2021 my daughter is now in 3rd grade and I was beginning school , I called and was told they had openings available and even openings available for the bus transportation they offer to transport the child from school to the site . I was told they had openings available and proceeded with my plans to enroll in school and paid the deposit at school ( which was non refundable ) to secure my spot in the class. The day I was scheduled to have my virtual tour with child time I received a voicemail saying they didn't have any openings ( keep in mind I was just told two days prior they had openings available ) . I call back and the woman the answered ( Jannel Nicholas ) the phone asks can she place me on a brief hold , I say okay and the line was disconnected. I call back after waiting a couple minutes and she answers again and let's me know they are full , I proceed to let her know how I was told they had openings just a couple days earlier and begin to tell her what happened ( I was almost in tears because I was so devastated ) and she rudely cuts me off mid sentence and says she had placed wanted ads and no one is responding and two teachers are on maternity leave .Well my experience with this facility are just as bad as the first time . The woman's name as Janell Nichols . Unprofessional and very unorganized. They defiantly need better communication between the facilities and the people that are accepting phone calls and booking tours because the man I spoke with setting up my tour said he checked and said they had availability. I don't understand how this type of mix up happens . But I am truly disappointed.
