Tried to return pants I bought online at Folsom outlet only to find out I couldn't because they came from boutique. The staff was good about how to tell the difference. Co policy should be Chicos is Chicos. Not staff problem, company problem.

I cannot explain how offended I was by my experience here.. There were three staff while I was there and I wasn't addressed once and there were no other customers in the store. Rather than assist me they chose to continue their personal conversations. I guess I didn't meet their required profile and as such the sales girls just couldn't be bothered. Nevermind I was wearing a Chico's top when I visited the store

I always have fun seeing what good deals are on the Sale rack in the back! Their store has a high stock turnover, so items are different every week.
