Chase"s customer service is lacking. They do not assist customers or answer questions, if you are unable to get into their on-line banking site and unable to upgrade your browser because your computer is too Old they expect you to get another computer? I don't get it?

Drive all the way to this location and their access pad to the ATM is not working. This is the 5th time in 3 months. Please get it fixed!!

Honestly I would be coming here everyday they have best customer service super friendly I got to meet everyone I’m there customer at there branch Ashley Ho is one of the sweetest helpful girl she got a great smile helping customer would recommend for everyone to come here

Super slow! Don’t do wire at counter, those counter personnel don’t have a lot skill.I spend 40 mins to just do a simple wire.They gave attitude after I mentioned I’m in a hurry. They did the work even slower purposely.Bad experience, go other chase if you have a choice.

Came in to drop off a bag of coins. The big brown haired Russian lady behind the counter had such a rude tone before I even got to the counter. She told me I needed to roll the coins first. That's no problem for me, because my other bank is like that. However her tone was as though I had been arguing with her, but I hadn't even spoken yet. I went home to roll the coins and came back to deposit them. Debit card in hand, I told the big Russian lady I would like to deposit the coins into my checking account. She didn't even pay attention to what I said, then asked, "Are these deposit or change?" Even worse she mumbled so bad, I thought she said plastic or change. I didn't know what she was talking about, so I told her, "Yes there's change in these rolls." She counted the coins, then starts pulling bills out of the register, even though I had my card out the whole time. I told her its a deposit, and she starts arguing with me, telling me I asked for change. If she had listened or had been the least bit observant, she would have known that's not what I wanted. She put the cash back and asked, "Do you want balance on the receipt?". I asked, "What do you mean?". Then she repeated, "Do you want balance on the receipt?". I replied to her, "Yes I want the receipt, but doesn't the receipt always have the balance on it?". She handed me the receipt, and told me to have a good day, but again her tone was like, now eff off.

This is the best branch I've ever been to. I don't go to any other branch. Coming to this branch reminds me why I love Chase Bank. Ashley Ho is my personal bank rep when I go there. She also greets me everytime she sees me...here at Chase especially this branch I don't just feel lime a number, like banking with the other guys. Thanks Ashley

I have been to this Chase branch a handful of time to make deposits and use their ATMs during lunch hours on weekdays. It seems like that's the best time to go. It's usually pretty empty or with a couple of customers. I noticed there is a greeter standing by the entrance to answer questions or direct customers. That's very helpful! Plenty of parking.

I came Saturday morning around 10am and it wasn't busy at all! There were only a few people ahead of me. I came in for a cashiers check, which is usually a fee of $10. Ricky the teller was awesome! Friendly and informative. The process was quick and easy. I was out in less than 10 mins. My fee was waived as well :)

Didn’t know that opening a personal account will take an hour to do. Or is it just an excuse for the branch to close early?PS. I walked in at 4.34pm and branch closes at 5pm.

People are in and out of this place without a mask on. There are no regulations regarding to Covid. I have been here on several occasions and almost every time, I will see someone that doesn’t have a mask on or have a mask but it’s pulled down and not even covering their mouth and nose. On top of that, they are really slow and you will be waiting there for a while.
