I have been trying to talk to a rep and recording says due to weather issues cannot be connected. Called the 800 number to inquire about alerts on my account, one saying from Dark web and ssn, I think I have been hacked but cannot get anyone to understand my concerns,waiting for a callback that has not happened. Very frustrating and if they are going to start charging for accounts I am leaving Chase. ?

I have banked at chase in California and Arizona. I have had very good business with Chase and will continue to keep my accounts there. The service has been excellent for me!

I stood out side knocking pointing to my watch we 5 minutes before closing then after 2 minutes three people were let in! Only to find out my Dad couldn't pull out 100 bucks because he owns 29 bucks when I paid they said sorry my supervisor said we owe you 29 bucks for over payment! And no 100 dollars on his chase credit card available! ♤U

Very unprofessional people who works there , was waiting to speak to somebody who works in the branch , they only communicate through the security person!! I don’t want to discuss my information with the security !!! Please be more professional and speak to the customers instead setting and getting paid for sending security to talk to the customers …

Went to cash a check charged me 10.00 to cash a check drawn on their bank. Why no reason to. Person having the checking account I'm sure pays a monthly fee for what so they can charge people 10.00 to cash their check. It does not encourage me to get an account with them. Why would I want a checking account that charges people I write checks to 10.00. it is a ripoff.

This is a negative review about an employee named Eric Behrens. I applied for a credit card, and over the phone, they told me I needed to verify documents. I did it twice, and on the third attempt, I was asked to go to the bank office to show the documents. When I arrived, Eric claimed he couldn't find my application, even though I had been under review for a week, and when I called, they could see my application. Eric asked me to fill out a new application, but I didn't see the point as I was invited by my friend, and I didn't want to lose the referral program. However, Eric insisted that I submit a new application with the same information. Later, I realized he might have included his referral link, hoping to receive a bonus from my application.He also didn't help me resolve the issue, promised to call back but never did. In the end, I wasted time waiting, submitted two identical applications, and suffered a negative impact on my credit score. I eventually resolved the issue on my own when I received a letter from the bank. I approached another employee who promptly sent all the necessary identity confirmation data. When I called again, everything worked out. Eric only wasted my time, and I incurred unnecessary points on my credit history, an additional hard inquiry, and waiting time. I believe this employee is simply trying to earn bonuses by inviting people.

Many of this branch staff have neither banking education/ knowledge nor well manner to behave customers. I visited it three times, lastly yesterday, to just cash out a small check was issued through Chase-bank corporate account holder, but four bankers were busy how to cash it out and saying various things on it. So funny! Finally after wasting my much time, they rejected services by telling no reason. I asked what is the reason, they said, “we can’t say the reason”… It was very non professional and awkward I have ever experiencedThen it has been simply cashed out in same bank in Roseville branch which I appreciated.

The person in charge of this facility, needs to take a good look at the parking lot ,restripe and Mark disabled areas , apparently a great deal of your patrons don’t know where to park.get your act together Chase Bank.

Chase told me I can't deposit cash to my son's account to avoid money laundering but they could debit directly from my credit union account to his Chase account. Had to run a 2nd trip to turn cash into cashiers check. Being treated like a criminal while CA honors criminals and makes helpful old grandma seem like the problem. Told my son he needs to change banks.

Chase bank stole thousands from this Veteran! They have said there was fraud yet won't say how, they also said they will never give the money back.
