I am infuriated with this Chase Bank making me a victim of BANK FRAUD because of their incompetent workers letting someone use a stolen identification to deposit a fake check WITHOUT verifying my signature. Someone deposited a fake check who forged my signature and got a hold of my bank information. This resulted in a nightmare that is still ongoing. Michael, the manager, was trying his best to be helpful with my situation, but unfortunately, I have lost my trust with Chase due to this matter. What the manager really needs to do is fire whoever the teller that allowed bank fraud to occur. This shows that the tellers lack attention to detail and let others impersonate identities by withdrawing your hard earned money. This is such a disgrace. Do not bank here unless you want to be a victim of bank fraud.

I’ve been to this locations on two occasions and both times was surprised by the lack of professionalism or willingness to deal with urgent business in a timely fashion. The manager may want to reconsider calling his customers “bro” as a starter.

I would not open an account with Chase. The worst customer service and they can care less about there clients. I had my wallet stolen and $800 charged on my card. Chase would not refund, and denied my case and never notified me. I found out looking at my account one day. It took Chase over a month to respond to any of my calls or emails. It pretty bad when their own banker is telling me how to sue the the company and who to call to report them and said that this is crazy for them to deny the claim for this amount. Closed my savings and going to close my checking once this is all figured out. Save your time and hassle, there are a lot of other banks that cares more about you and not the self's.

Lunar New Year is tomorrow and I called to see if this branch had any $2 bills. The lady on the phone said yes and didn’t need to put any on hold because they had enough for today. I went in and told the female teller I had just called in about the $2 bills. I asked for $200 worth. A male came to the window and was like “next time call and we can order them for you.” I kept telling him I called, but he still wanted to mansplain the need to call. I asked the teller, why did he feel the need to mansplain and she kept saying sorry. Totally inappropriate behavior and that is why chase has a reputation for their isms.

Terrible! Horrible customer service and a very underqualified staff. Managment has very little knowledge of company guidelines and services making it difficult to have a talk about my money I can't have. 6 years with chase and since this branch opened there's been nothing but problems. I think the picture says it all!
