1 star because I can't give a zero rating! This was the 5th Chase I visited to get notary services. Made an "appointment" & went back the next day. Apparently I was not the caliber of client the notary wanted to help that day! Maybe I was not dressed in my Sunday finest, but I am still a client! I felt she looked "down" on me in my comfy jeans & flip flops. Her words were not friendly! I needed 2 items notarized & apparently she did not understand why my " Birth Name " was on the Birth Certificate & my "Married Name" was on my Marriage Certificate. Umm really? I wasn't married the day I was born! Are you kidding me? I would like to know just where she recieved her Notary Liscense if she does not know the difference in a Birth Last Name & a Married last name! I walked out & will never step foot in that branch again! So Ms. "wearing a sweater" on a hot summer day, you get an "F" in customer service! FYI, you need to take customer service lessons from the Key Shop in Rio Linda who had me in & out in no time with a VERY reasonable price & fantastic customer service!
(Free Notary service at Chase for clients isn't worth free if the service sucks!)

There's no reason for the atm to not be able to dispense cash at 7:30 in the morning. I get it's a security thing, but it's very inconsiderate to people who work at 8am and need the money in the morning. I understand closing the dispense feature at 3am, but not around 8am. That's just ridiculous.

I've been coming to this location since it opened. I can count on both hands the amount of times the atms were working. The outside atm is down more than it works, and the small atm room at the entrance hasnt worked since they opened. This bank is a teller only bank. No problems with Chase, just this location specifically.

Went into Chase Bank today to cash a reimbursement check from my schools PTA. They charged me $10.00 because the account is not in my name It's a PTA... When asked why the fee was so high they told me it was a risk to cash the check. When I told them there was no risk, they could clearly see the funds were there; the teller Justin told me he could have the manager explain it to me. I let him know I wasn't stupid. Looks like I will spend the rest of my summer looking for alternatives and petition the PTA to switch. Shame on you for profiteering off of Parent Teacher Associations.

Chase sucks! I am officially leaving and closing my account. There’s no way to get my money. I drive to one atm, not working, drive to another chase and the only atm is in the branch and the card reader won’t open the door. Finally came to Arden, again can’t go into branch to use atm and have to wait at the long line for atm. So ridiculous.

For having a 24/7 available indoors atm the card scanner to let you in doesn't work in the slightest
