Mariah is a very rude and unprofessional teller. First asks me for wire instructions and then sends me to other bank workers to do the wire even though I waited in the line were I was directed by other bank workers.

The only chase in the area and your single atm is down and unable to take deposits. I had to go here then Golden 1 because your system is down. Work on trouble shooting or find a way to reach out to customers before they drive out. We need more chase banks in the area.

this bank is a joke. there is just one banker and you will be at mercy of her. They are not helpful or efficient. They will make things complicated, they will make you fight for your right. It is just sad. Simple banking services will take days or weeks. I hope Chase higher management is listening.

Worse bank ever... I closed my account today after I was told I couldn't withdraw my money ,,,,Because I left my cell phone at home... Two forms of ID just not enough to verify who I am.. even though I was just there a week earlier and the teller remembered that transaction. Moronically Managed.

Worst customer service compared to any other bank in California. Line out the door bankers sit on the desk to do nothing. Tellers are all new . In fact the entire staff is new. They need more training.
