If I could do no stars I would, the corporation as a whole, is terrible. I run my personal and business finances through them and it is awful customer service, non stop fees and tons of other problems. I would never recommend chase to anyone.

I went in to make a deposit there was no line all the tellers were having a conversation took them a minute to notice me . When I went up to the counter they continued having personal conversation with each other and gigling with no eye contact with me. She then asked how can I help you and continued conversation, showing no respect for my business. This is the worst service I got at a bank from tellers. But I would like to say the security guy in the front door is great and he was the only one who greeted me with a smile and wished me a greatest day.

Sorry it took over a week to review. Lots of distractions lately, but I promised two employees a review to say: "Thank You" for being truly outstanding Chase employees. "JACOB" insisted on helping us and was determined to see our needs were met. We were buying a car nearby and needed a cashier's check. Somewhat in a hurry and not from this area of the county, "JACOB" located a cashier/teller who was able to open another window for us (they were busy) and "NICOLE" proceeded to process our transactions quickly. Both Jacob and Nicole were very friendly, sincere, and professional. Too many people complain about their bad experiences, but I see it differently. Let someone know when they go above and beyond to help you. These two awesome employees aren't making what the CEO is ... yet, they are delivering the best possible customer service they can. Appreciate them!

A nice banking experience at this location. The staff are friendly and are helpful. They even allowed an extra minute at the end of the day for me to get in the front doors to use an indoor ATM.

They are extremely weird and rude like it’s that simple. I’ve had an account with them for 8 years today going in and having to experience some weird sort of animosity from the bank teller girl. She was trying to give me the work around but soon as I spoke to a supervisor my check was cashed no issue. They don’t know protocols on how to deal with cashier checks and lack people skills. Going to Close my account and switch to golden one immediately.

I have business account with chase biggest regret ever customer service is crazy I do thousand of dollars in transaction each month my sister made a check for when I went to pay in Copart they wanted to call a bank to verify the funds from the bank. Bank made me call also my sister call and Copart multiple time. I believe everyone needs to learn there way of working it’s a cashier check they just need to conform. We waited here like 1 hours to verify.

I'm always greeted when I come in. The staff is friendly and patient. Staff always seems on top of everything and explain things in a clear and friendly manner I was helped through some questions and given guidance on how to open an account for a sports team and league friends and I were managing. No complaints visiting this branch!

Not a very good experience with Chase Bank, I have four account with Chase Bank three business account and one personal. Branch manager have no power to verify the check. Especially when checks coming from Chase Account to Chase account. Im glad to have account with Wellsfargo & usbank. If you are a businessman and have large translation, don't recommend Chase Bank. Hope CEO see this & work on there customer service. This is my second time depositing large amount & I'm having hard time with with this bank.

I had to come in and change some things with my account, plus I had a few questions. Brandon was very helpful and resolved my issues quickly. He was friendly and explained things clearly. The experience was much better than I had anticipated. Thanks, Brandon!
