Came with my mother to payoff her mortgage and the teller was very helpful. She assisted us every step of the way; getting a quote and a cashier check. Even though we didn't bank their, we were treated liked we did.

Love the personalized service that I received. I am glad to make an appointment with my personal banker and have my business needs met. I have banked elsewhere, but I will stay with Chase.

Everyone at this branch I have ever dealt with has been outstanding and have gone the extra mile, in some cases, far beyond what I expected with respect to accommodating our needs. Every time I come in I have no problems. This is a great bank and great people!

Very odd would not cash a check from their own bank had to go to my bank and put my check in very weird to me it was from their bank they should be able to cash their own checks from Chase Bank

Didn't go in but the card kept declining and allowing a minimum withdrawal as it was thought to be fraud and alerted us. Simple fix but time consuming when ur trying to get a withdrawal on the go

Been with Chase for 28 years and this is probably the worse one. Some of the Bankers there do not know their place or their job. Passive-aggressive and just don't care at all about the customer.

Employees in this branch are very rude. They need retraining so as to improve on their customers service skills. One of the bankers lied to me claiming to have ordered me s new debit card that was supposed to have been sent to me in the first instance before it expired. This took 3 weeks, calling the members card services etc, yet no card came. So I went into this bank again to figure out what was wrong. To my surprise the banker wouldn't attend to me except only if I was opening an account and referred me to a cashier who was very rude and advised me to Close my account if I wasn't satisfied with the slow pace they were going.I was treated like a nobody even with the fact that I pay for services rendered. Shame on you
