Worst bank. They do not care about their customers. They will not let customers access their own money, they charge their customers to get money orders, they do not care about privacy regarding the accounts either. Not to mention only one banker and one teller. DO NOT BANK HERE

If I could give this branch zero stars I would. I am a long time account holder and chase. I went in to open accounts for my kids, and they told us to wait. The person that was supposed to help us left his desk for about 15 minutes, came back, and told us he didn't have time to help us. Moving my money to another bank.

I'm writing a review of the parking lot to this bank, not the bank itself. The parking lot is awful there's always broken glass, it's dirty. People drive the wrong way and have issues letting people through. Why? I don't know I never had a problem before. I had a car stolen from this parking lot recently. It's to sketchy but then again most of sac is on Broadway!

Horrible bank branch. No tellers and only one or at most two bankers available for general banking needs. What kind of bank doesn’t serve their customers?? I waited more than 15 minutes to do a cash advance deposit. I am glad I’m not a chase customer.

Just so you know, this bank will not except cash. I know it seems kind of impossible to believe but they said they do not except cash when I was trying to pay a mortgage. Just thought I'd be a good heads up for anybody just so you don't waste your time, but very nice ATM teller lady working there. She was very pleasant.

This Chase only allows deposits and withdrawals using ATM, while bank associates assist with opening accounts. Zero teller windows. Quick and easy way to deposit with ease.

Really bad customer service, I visited the banker and called them so many times regarding my account issues but the banker who opened the account is so unprofessional that he never provided any update on the account. No one likes to have their money stuck in the bank and it’s very frustrating and inconvenient that you can’t use your own money.

I made a sizeable deposit when I opened a Trust account from the sale of property. I have the same name as my mother but of course our dates of birth and SSN are different. Everything was fine for about a month. Then they said they would restrict the account because the account was showing me as both the grantor and successor. I worked with the bank for over two weeks as they could not seem to correct the error. The compliance team became involved and they claimed they didn't have the tax id number. They did. The branch told them multiple times what page it was on within all the documents that had been submitted. I even spoke with three different people within the compliance department. Next step, I went through the Executive Complaint Department. Still no resolution. Now after more than two weeks, they have closed the account for something I DIDN'T DO. I PROVIDED EVERYTHING THEY REQUESTED. They acknowledged that none of this was my fault but the account remained restricted for two weeks and now is closed. I have to start over with a different banking institution but that's ok. I don't trust Chase at all. It's really easy to find the person that can say 'no' but almost impossible to find the person that can say 'yes'.

This isn't necessarily an indictment of this particular branch but more of an informational note to potential customers of Chase. My wife and I opened up a joint checking account in December 2022. The representative said he would order checks for us for this account. A month later, no checks. I called the help line and got a service center in India. The person reported no checks had been ordered (why would you open a checking account without ordering any checks?). So, I again ordered checks. I found out that they ordered the checks with my name listed on the checks twice even though, both my wife and I are on the account. I called back the next day and again, got the customer service center in India. The rep apologized and reported they would cancel the previous order and reorder checks with the correct information. After another month, I get an email saying a check order had been cancelled. I assumed it was the check order with the wrong names on it. Two weeks later, still no checks. I called back again and got the customer service center in India. They confirmed the incorrect checks had been cancelled and correct ones sent. We compared the address listed. It was correct and they reported that the checks were sent but could not confirm that they delivered. So, they cancelled that order and reported that they would send the checks registered mail to our house address (we used a P.O. box for security). This arrived last Tuesday to our relief but then two days later we received a duplicate set of checks with my name on them twice and the same number sequence! I hope you are still there with me reading this. My point is 1.) Chase does not inform you that their customer service is routed through a third world country leading to numerous security concerns and 2.) they contract through a third party for the construction of their checks (like many banks but leading to more problems when trying to rectify issues). And not I am not discriminating against Indians personally - my wife is Indian! The crux of the matter is it took us over two months to get our checks and your information is routed through a third world country without your informed consent.

Horrible and pointless location! They only have atm machines that have technical issues a lazy female security person that does nothing and the brunette worker is dumb as a doorknob shut down this location

Okay, so I get that I moved back to Sacramento recently and things have changed. But, how can a bank not "have cash"?! I just wanted quarters to wash my clothes at my apartment complex and I have some random man in a random suit say "no, you can't get quarters here." I told him the Chase sign out front makes no mention of the revamp and he tried to say it did. (It doesn't) My picture is terrible. Anyways, yeah...
