Staffed by the dumbest people that you will ever meet. The teller bragging about her “10 years experience” is still a teller 10 years later for a reason. The highest ranking banker is a tacky clown who wears cheap, ill fitting suits and has a Mercedes Benz signet ring made of fake gold… he’s emblematic of the kind of experience you will have. The security guard is a nice guy.

Some bad-built,middle aged, mousy haired women with greasy hair in the back right corner of the office was EXTREMELY rude, walked into the cubicle without asking my information. Proceeds to tell me she couldn't help me then says "well let me take a look" then asks for my ID after the fact? She had crumbs on her white top and smeared lipstick. Judgy shady and unapproachable attitude. You can tell she is the pain in everyone's side in the office. Tried to shoo me away without helping. Ugly inside and out. The aura she emitted would've been dumpster green if I could capture it. I literally just walked out and said I'd call 1-800 because I couldn't stand her IRRITATING voice and distasteful tone. She just looked and acted sad about her life and took it out on me and whoever was around. If you have the misfortune of encountering her, observe don't absorb her nastiness. She's nowhere near pretty or well off enough to have the attitude she does. And it doesn't look good with her mature skin. Tellers are beyond sweet and do what they can, which sadly isn't much but not their fault.

Always a line here and at least 10 min wait for anything. Not a good customer service. This branch is the closest from me but the customer service alone make me want to switch my checking account to a different financial institution.

This bank doesn't accept Chase ApplePay and it's Chase. How a bank doesn't accept its own payment method is beyond me. This is not a temporary thing either. It's been this way for months. They used accept ApplePay but they chose to stop.

Daisy is the Best Teller, Ever! You've got the Best! Personable and so Helpful. Even Best when she remembers our names even when I come once or maybe twice a month. Kudos to Daisy, please! We normally go to 16th and Broadway but at times we need a live teller and not just the ATM machine.

Daisy is absolutely unprofessional. If I could give her zero stars I would. We have a business account there and that’s the bank we have to go to. She’s very rude and unkind, makes errors constantly and blames the customer for her mishaps. She’d rather chat it up and be friendly to her co workers, but when it comes to the customer she is dryer than a rock. All of my employees have complained about her when they’re done going to the bank. If she’s in a post of authority then chase is doing itself a disservice. She goes slower than a sloth with a stank face. Management needs to do better.

Staff not very helpful. Lisa Lu "Private Banker" not knowledgeable and does not know how to deal with private Chase clients. The other teller, long blond hair, who did not have have a name badge, was wearing tights, also not very helpful. When an insurance claim check is endorsed to a client and JP Morgan Chase Bank they should know what the additional "ISAOA ATIMA" means....No it is not another person or business! I suggest these two employees get additional training in banking! I called the branch to speak to the manager and I was bot able to get through to speak to a person at all! Not a good branch to do your banking with.

Reviewing banks and credit union CD rates online. Chase requires your zip code before providing any information. It doesn't recognize my zip code so I cannot look up their CD rates. Apparently they don't need my investments. No problem other banks are more than happy to get me as a customer. I will not use Chase bank now or in future.

Recently in march of this year I went to this branch and met banker Lisa Lu with my good friend who is also a private client. At the time of the meeting I was told that the fee would be waived for my safety deposit box as a private client. She looked into my account and stated this would not be an issue but I would have to come back in June. As June came around, I sent an email to Lisa as per the understanding with the letter stating he charges. No response from Lisa on the first attempt. I resent the email days later and she responded saying now she would not be able to do so.Today I walked up to the branch and spoke to the manager Carlos Enriquez. I mentioned the understanding and incident and his attitude was very poor. This shows a great lack of integrity on his part as he cannot back the words of his employees and staff. Integrity and trust are the cornerstones of the service industry, especially banking. I'm not upset about the $100 fee but at the lack of integrity from promise to delivery of a simple fee waiver. I'm a small business owner in the service industry as well. When I give my word; my customers consider this "Golden" . Is this how you teach the managers the value of relationships and integrity? a lot to be desired.
