Andrea was great to deal with, she was able to let us drive down from Lincoln to see a kitten same day, she was very professional and knowledgeable and helped us get all the kitten items we needed. Our new kitten was also very friendly and litter trained! Overall a great experience.

blonde hair lady very rude. other ladies have such calm aura especially one of the ladies that’s there all the time she’s always so nice but the blonde lady is very rough with the cats , grabs the cats roughly by the necks.

This is an amazing rescue. Andrea is so sweet and helpful, so is the whole team! They do adoptions every weekend at Petsmart in Natomas and couldn't be more grateful to work with them on getting some fosters adopted out. If you're looking for a good rescue to support and forever fur baby, come to them for adoptions.

Adopted two kittens from them this weekend. The foster families are very caring and gave me a care package full of the cats favorite toys. The staff were super helpful. I was having trouble scheduling the cats to get their next vaccine shots, so I reached out to them through IG and they helped me find a local walk in clinic. The adoption is a little more expensive than Front Street Shelter ($100vs$150) but I feel much more confident adopting from Cats About Town knowing that the kittens were well cared for while being fostered.

Amazing and helpful organisation going above and beyond. I've been to many animal rescues recently and I can say that CATS has been the easiest to communicate with. Also I feel confident in the health and socialization my new cats recieved while with them.

The Cats About Town Society dental program is amazing! It's typically very expensive to get dogs a dental done under anesthesia without it being nearly 1,500 not including extraction, but the Cats About Town has an extremely affordable flat fee for surgery and it cost a little 1,000 with lab work and the carrier. The staff, well the staff is amazing. Drop off was smooth and at 6am, and the paperwork definitely made me nervous to send my dog away with strangers. But they kept in touch with me the few hours she had to be away from me. The entire staff made me feel completely reassured that all they cared about was the well-being of the dogs. They were extremely knowledgeable and open about the procedure from start to end. I also received lab paperwork and a diagram of my dog's teeth with a note and they took the time to go over that with me too. The peace of mind both my dog and I now have was very much-needed and I'm forever grateful to them.

We brought our dog here over the summer for teeth cleaning (and extraction) and had a fantastic experience. She hadn't had a cleaning since we adopted her off the street five years ago, so she needed some major work done. Our vet told us that she would need a lot of extractions and quoted us an astronomical price. We found Cats About Town through a friend's recommendation. It was very weird at first given the forms we had to fill out prior to the appointment - so much so that we almost canceled - but the vet who met us the morning of the appointment was so professional and kind that she immediately put our fears to rest. It's completely volunteer-run, so everyone involved clearly cared about the welfare of our pets. There was another man at the appointment who said he'd brought his cat there several times, which further put us at ease.In the end, our pup had a bunch of teeth pulled and the rest cleaned beautifully. It's almost been a year (sorry we didn't review sooner!) and she is doing so well. The experience was a little scary - but I think any time your pet is going through surgery it's going to be stressful one way or another - but the volunteers were so awesome, warm, and reassuring, and the results were so great, that we have absolutely no reservations recommending this service to anyone who needs their pet's teeth cleaned or pulled.

CATS is such a great organization, and truly helped both us and our cat tremendously. Our 3 year old cat was diagnosed with stomatitis, and our vet wanted $2,000 to extract all of her teeth. With the help of CATS, she had 7 of her teeth removed and her remaining teeth cleaned for a fraction of the cost. She just had surgery about a week ago, and has already recovered so well! It is obvious that Suna and her team really care about the animals, and I believe whole heartedly that they treated our Mellow very well while they had her. Suna also gave me some recommendations for what we could do to make her stomatitis better, which is much appreciated! I will definitely be recommending CATS to anyone I know who has pets that need dental cleanings/surgery. Cant thank them enough!

My sweet kitty is only 3 years old and was suffering from severe bad breath, swollen gums, and was obviously in pain. I was able to stave off his stomatitis for a short while with some homeopathics previously but soon realized he would need many extractions after some research and a few vet visits. I had taken him to the vet several times and was quoted around $2k for the extractions he needed. CATS was able to get him in and have all the necessary extractions for $750. I cannot thank Cats About Town enough for making my sweet boy feel better. After about a month, he is back to normal; chasing and wrestling with his brother, eating, gaining weight, cuddling, and hunting rats. It brings me such joy to see him happy again and hurt my heart to know he was suffering so much. Scheduling was a bit tricky with a waitlist and Covid happening, but hey, we're all having issues right now. Thank you, Suna. My sweet boy is back. :) We are stoked and so appreciate the work you do.

Cats about town is a great organization. Thanks to Suna our cat Pierre had all his teeth pulled and taken care of that needed it. He can eat painfree again. We paid 1/3 of the price quoted by our vet. Not only is the price unbeatable, the professional care Pierre received is as well. We even got pain meds for 4 days when we picked Perre up. Cats about Town is highly recommendable for professionalism, quality of service, care and price. Suna is very nice and gave great details on post surgery for our cat Pierre .. These instructions by Suna were much better than prior instuctions from a vet.. Our cat is doing great.. Thanks to Cats about town and Suna.

I have worked with Cats for many years as a volunteer. Recently I was able to have my small dogs dental procedure done through them. They were very professional and helpful through the process. My dog was able to get the care he really needed at a fraction of the cost. Thank you Cats!

I had read a post on a Facebook page about cats about town doing low cost canine dental surgery. I was a little skeptical about it when I heard the cost. I am so glad that I did if for little guy. He had surgery on 11/13 and they removed 14 teeth. By Friday he was a different dog. Already acting younger. This program gave my little guy back his life and extended it also. Its like he is a puppy again. I am so happy I went with cats about town.

Cats About Town Society is wonderful...and they take care of dogs too. We just got our dog Nina 3 mos. ago. She is a 3 year old Mini Schnauzer. We knew when we took her that we would need to get her spayed, and shots. However, at her first vet appointment, we were shocked to find that her teeth were in really bad shape. The vet even wondered if she was older than stated. Said that she would have put her at 8 years old, based on the shape of her teeth. We were looking at $1,000's for her teeth. Needless to say, we were shocked. We never thought to look at her teeth when we agreed to adopt her from a person new to our area. I started researching options, which was pretty much non existent until I found Cats About Town Society. Nina had her dental procedure yesterday. She had to have 15 teeth pulled. Poor baby girl, but she is such a trooper. Thanks you sooo much to C.A.T.S. (you were all wonderful, but a special shout out to Suna). You were a life saver...literally. I know Nina got the best care from you. We so appreciate your dental service. It made it possible for us to be able to get all the medical care that Nina needed, rather than having to pick and choose what seemed the most important. You are highly recommended and have become my Charitable Donation choice. Thank you again!!!!!
