Clark Abad was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. I tried 3 different car brands and was treated so well by him. He answered all of my questions, making me feel comfortable! Unlike the OTHER car/ truck dealerships I have dealt with in the past. This is my second purchase from Carmax, and in the future, the only way I will purchase a new vehicle. It was totally seamless. The cars were available and the paperwork ready. I believe it took us 30 minutes at most to finish the transaction. Everyone we encountered was professional. Without any reservations I highly recommend Carmax.

Although I've heard pretty good things about CarMax. I tend to now NOT believe it. It looked like a warehouse circus and I'm NOT clowning around when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Pick a number & have a seat?

Always the lowest offer when you want to sell your car ,give a online offer then when they look the car they say your car is frame damage if you never been in accident

TEN STARS! I’m so impressed by my experience and so happy I chose to sell my vehicle at Carmax. I’m a senior and was a little nervous about the process of selling my car because it was my first time and I was by myself.
I went to the business office and was greeted by Anjilina. She greeted me with a smile. She was very attentive and confirmed the offer. She stayed with me throughout the whole process and even ensured I safely got home in a Lyft. She even wrote a note on my receipt to take care of myself. Such amazing service! She went above and beyond, and I felt very taken care of!
The way Carmax Sacramento handled the process of buying my vehicle was amazing. I am speechless and told all my friends and family. Thank you Anjilina and Carmax!

Friendly staff, however, they told us we had to wait @ 20 minutes as the car we wanted to see and test drive was parked in the back lot. 45 minutes of waiting, no updates, walked by us several times. We left.

Charles was so helpful during the whole process! Would definitely recommend buying your car from Carmax. It includes a warranty and if you have any issues they will fix it.

If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. I went here to test drive a car and get a quote on mine. While my car was getting appraised they broke multiple things in the interior, flagged a part for service and gave me an insultingly low offer. It took me a month of calls and emails for them to actually fix what they broke and when I asked for proof on what needed service they would not give it to me although that was part of the agreement I made with Brian (the sales manager) over the phone and I mentioned it in emails with their service department. The staff at this location either lied to me or they are incompetent or both.

The service department is horrible, I have been trying to schedule an appointment for my vehicle I purchased here with MaxCare and nobody can answer the phone. I have called multiple times throughout the day and every time someone picks up and hangs up, once did I get a person “Mike” say he was going to call me back and never did. Horrible service

your 100 point inspection is garbage. i've seen old school used car dealerships with better products. make it 10,000 points of inspection and you might drive off the lot with a decent product. 50,000 and you can't check the basics? get the F out of here. either buy from a used car dealership or buy new but for sure not a place who acts like they sell new stuff with over priced garbage but can't even have the inspections a typical used car dealership would do. first and last time ever dealing with this trash. the workers all look lile they still think they're in high school. go F yourself
