Captains table is a quiet complex with good floor plans. From the first day, Javier was super helpful and made moving in and moving out really smooth. Anthony, is super friendly and always around, and was quick on the job when I needed any fixes done—usually in less than a day. Together, they made living here a joy, and I'd definitely suggest anyone looking for a stress-free place to check them out.

Javier was a great property manager, Anthony (on-site maintenance) was also nice & hard working! They had great communication and if there was an issue they were quick to fix it. Everything is updated, they even closed off an area as a dog park & conveniently have waste bins & bags for dog p**** Right next to the river - you can walk up to Scott’s and have a nice view. Our only reason for leaving was for a bigger space otherwise I thoroughly loved living here!

Javier is great. Making a lot of improvements to the property. Anthony the on-site maintenance is really good also.. Great communication and quick response to request. Living right next to the river is awesome.

Great place to set up residence. Centrally located with great access to major highways. Quite and secure. Awesome access to the river and bike trails. Scotts Seafood is just a one min walk....fantastic. Small community great neighbors that look out for eachother.

Super cute complex. Very quiet with vaulted ceilings. Tranquil location next to the River so it gives off wood setting. Onsite manager is very responsive and polite. Definitely recommend.
