Employee super rude off bat said my authentic Chanel bag was fake had holographic card machine serial number in bag also with holographic stickers I asked why is he not accepting it said it’s fake and only excuse he could give me was stitching but nothing further specific about what’s wrong with stitching. I have digital receipt I could have provided but he did not care so rude I will never put anything on loan or sell here again I have been a customer for years and never been treated so horribly. It is completely unacceptable that they hire such uneducated individuals who have no knowledge of the items they’re looking at. I will be reporting them to the better business bureaus for shady practices as I witnessed them buying gins under the table without documentation. Do not go here!

I have pond stuff I have sold stuff and I’ve purchased a Lotta items especially during that and great deals and a Home I recommend them I’ll give them a 5 Star I’ve been coming to capital city for over 20 years at least Thank you ?

I don't recommend this place to anybody, the man literally stuck a diamond tester to my diamond chain and it beeped and went red at several spots on my chain then he stuck a metal detector on the side and it didn't detect no metal and then he did the other tester. And tried to tell me my diamond chain was fake, (it might nit even be gold) the guy was literally just trying to treat me like i was stupid so he could get my chain for 10$ and sell it for 1,000$ he obviously had no idea how to read a diamond tester or he thought i didnt. Very much tried to rip me off. I wasn't interested in selling it anyways. Won't be going back here

I've been pawning my jewelry for years n getting it out n doing it again in times of need! I really like doing business with Capital City Loans & Jewelry Rancho. They have taken alot of time with me during my many items that took along time to do n even when I showed up a half an hour until closing time n becuz of my big list of items to sign paperwork they stay way over closing time to finish my stuff as a courtesy to me!! I really appreciate that so much becuz I have pain in both of my feet n I cannot come n do my business that early in the day becuz I suffer pain too much, I have to come when I feel better. They also give me a chair to sit while I sign my multi contracts. Thank you, Capital City Loan

By far, this has been the absolute best Loan establishment in the greater Sacramento area and would not even consider going to another place to get my loans done as I wouldn’t trust anybody other than Capital City Loan(Folsom Blvd Location) with my personal belongings or anything else for that matter. I know that when I finish my transaction there, that I just received the highest dollar offer and they are consistent with always getting me top dollar for my items no matter what. Everybody is beyond friendly there and I will always be a loyal customer of theirs for as long as I am in need of their services. Tatiana, Christina, George, and everybody else that works there are the greatest!! Thanks again guys( and gals)!
