On 3 separate occasions I ordered Heineken Beer via Door dash delivery and twice Capital City Liquor sent non-alcoholic beer knowingly because the delivery driver asked for ID (?) When the delivery driver and I called the phone number associated with Capital City liquor's account, why straight to voicemail never returning the call I personally visited Capital City liquor more than once just to "see" how the establishment was run and one of the clerks (all male staff) followed behind me as if stocking shelves, slamming cases of beer in my face, all the while jeering at me, with a long line of customers and only one cashier, this clerk followed me until I got in line then he opened his register and the while he continued to stare at me, so I left the items without purchasing. A couple of days later I spoke to the owner about the ill-treatment I received and he said nothing!! They both laughed in my face! Will Not EVER Circulate Money Here! Go elsewhere people

Won't cash lotto tickets. No matter how small. U can buy them whenever but if u win the machine is down suddenly.. oh and apparently Friday is no longer a weekday. And weekends they are closed for cashing as well.
