They dont want to upgrade, I guess! Its large enough to create a nice place. Why do black bars look broke down in Sacramento? Its shamefull, people from out of town dont want to go in there. Sacramento please do better. Even with the same DJ, who's plays the same music. They need a new R&B DJ playing new and old school music . If you build it, they will come.
