Such a cute local bookstore! The store is so cozy, packed to the brim with diverse books without it feeling cluttered. The staff are all so kind and helpful as well! I'm so, so happy I found this bookstore!
Downtown Sacramento's only new book store, located a block from the state Capitol, next to the historic Crest Theater on K St. We have three floors of books, from best sellers and new releases, to an extensive sci fi, fantasy and manga selection in the basement. We describe ourselves as a little bit of everything, and our customers agree. Most come just to see what we have and always find something that interests them. We have a lot of cookbooks (thanks pandemic!), art books and current fiction. We have a broad selection of children's books from board books and picture books to early readers. Besides books in the basement, we also have Magic the Gathering, role playing games and a large board game selection.
