Beware of this company!! If I could give no stars I would. We inherited a contract with them for a copy machine that we ended up paying over $40,000. The machine new would have been less the $15,000!! They have written their contracts to have a penalty for early payoff or to try and end the contract; meaning if we tried to get out sooner we would have paid even more. Now after 5 years they have offered for us to buy the machine for $15,000!!! What! We have paid you $40,000!! Our answer, come get your machine. Oh wait, it gets worse-now we must pay an additional $500 for shipping!! Save your money and stay away from this company.

When it became time to upgrade to an environmentally friendly wide format printer for our graphics business, I decided to shop around. I contacted three companies that sell HP Latex Wide Format Printers. I did a mask-on meet and greet with each one of the companies. One of the most important aspects of investing in new technology is the ability to receive the hands-on training as well as a company that has in-house service department. Only two of the companies I contacted had the in-house service department. When I met Mark Villari of Caltronics Business Systems, it became quite clear he was truly knowledgeable about the HP Latex Print and Cut workflow. Mark even did a demo print and cut with our company logo. For delivery of the new printer and cutter Mark was on site to assist in every aspect and did not leave until the machine was up and running to my satisfaction. Mark Villari made the purchase and delivery a pain free experience.

Caltronics truly focuses on solutions and will do their best to ensure you succeed. Our company purchased new printers from them and they assigned us an expert named Roxanne to train with us on both printing, assembling proper art files, and also using our new cutting machine. Now, we have the ability and flexibility to create really impactful collateral, and Roxanne is more than responsive. I've emailed her questions before where she'll respond in less than a minute! Not only that, Roxanne helped us obtain a new license for our Fiery system at the last minute to complete a project. We should have kept the license, and it was our fault, but Roxanne went out of her way and was able to get us back up and running. Super recommend this company and absolutely recommend asking for Roxanne to help set you up for success!

We have 3 Caltronic copiers and we couldn't be happier with them. They are reliable, easy to operate and great quality. We are a busy property management company and it's very nice to not have to worry about the office equipment. Caltronics has great support if and when you do need it. They can take care of issues over the phone or they will send someone out. Also, love the auto ship of the toner built in!

Was a client for 7 years, through 2 leases - only to find out that my company was being taken advantage of all along. I did not post earlier because I know we'll get a call and they'll try to say something was misunderstood or something, we'll - I am posting so that the public can make their own decision. This is my story. So, I am at the end of my second lease and the sales person (whom I will not mention by name) came and offered us a renewal at basically the same costs. I also got a quote for a used printer from Andy Scott and A&E Repro in Rancho Cordova, and in a few words, I got a 2 year newer printer than the one I had for approximately $2400, and the one that I had Caltronics would sell to me for ~$3500, after I paid them for over 3 years...let that sink in. BTW, the printer on my second lease wasn't new, it was used. The kicker was my full maintenance contract with A&E Repro is now $200/quarter, and I was paying Caltronics over $300/month in a lease. The second kicker, I had to pay $500 to have their printer returned! Salt in the wound. Full disclosure, the $500 was charged by the leasing company, but let's also not forget that it was Caltronic who put us in the lease to begin with and shame on us for thinking they were looking out for our best interest. Glad this is over and we're now saving a ton of money. My recommendation is to shop around and don't get stuck in leases like I did that appear to take advantage of businesses like ours.

We moved from using Ray Morgan to Caltronics for our company's six Canon copiers. Shortly afterwards we started using Caltronics for all of our HP printer toner purchases and maintenance. Caltronics has been consistently very responsive to any of our requests, and always very easy to deal with. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent and responsive vendor for their printing and copier needs.

Had a new biz hub installed at our business on Tuesday. Trainer Rich was outstanding and did an excellent training session. Daron was also on-site which I appreciate. Jarid the installer was awesome as well. All around all 3 of these guys did an outstanding job. We don't believe in being a customer we believe in a partnership and this is what the 3 of them made us feel.

Quick Review: AWESOME! Sales team listens and not pushy. Customer Service is excellent. Wait time is short and they have remote access ability so a tech can help you right away. Training for everyone and everything.

We replaced our old, slow, increasingly unreliable copier with a new fast one from Caltronics...and we will be saving money from our prior arrangement. Everyone I've dealt with on the staff from the sales rep, the tech guy and the trainer have been super nice and knowledgeable without the b/s that you often deal with with other companies.

We started out using only one machine back in 2011 with Caltronics Business Systems. When it came time to replace our copiers company wide we met with a sales representative by the name of Mike Murdoch. He made sure that the equipment proposed was customized for the size of each office and their needs. No over sale. He and the team at Caltronics made the transition easy. The machines are working perfectly. Outstanding sales and support staff. Thank you Mike for understanding our needs. We appreciate that you continue to check in to see how things are going. Caltronics has great communication between the people who service the machines and the people working at the customer service center. Jerrod is always in contact with me throughout the process of getting our equipment fixed from letting me know when he will be arriving to letting me know exactly what was going wrong and the work that he did to fix it. The only thing that I would change would be that the technicians could cancel service requests with the customer service department instead of the customer having to call back in to cancel. I understand why they have it set up that way though- to minimize misunderstandings.

Mike Murdock was my sales guy and he treated me like IBM, not a small 1 office business. He gave me a great price and followed through with everything he promised. The support and installation crew were equally professional and I recommend Caltronics as Aces.
