I had a great experience with California Unique Designs when buying new floors and cabinets. The staff was friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. They have a fantastic selection and really good prices, which made the process even better.

Super nice people. Family operated with people that know their products. I have purchased countless moldings and flooring from them for several years. The prices are really good and I don't even price shop similar business's any longer.

I used to get my materials at another shop across town and for some reason, I decided to stop by today to see what they had, and I'm very glad I did. Vlady, the store manager is super cool and was very helpful. He went above and beyond to get everything right and this is now my go-to for baseboards, cabinets, and flooring. Thanks Vlady

Walked in they have many varieties of flooring and carpet and moldings. Also Cabinets options. Nick was very nice and informative with prices.m and what they can do.

I've been buying material from them for over a decade. I will no longer patronize this place. Asa loyal contractor I have always appreciated a small discount from them. Yesterday some guy named Nick decided my contractors discount no longer applies. I don't think he realized that I send two or three customers a month to them. Been referring then for years. No longer will I refer my customers to them nor will I ever purchase anything from them ever again.Thanks to Nick.

Beware of their Craigslist posts. My husband called to make sure they had the flooring advertised on Craigslist. He was told they had enough for what we wanted. My husband drove 2 hours to buy and pick it up. When he got there they tried to sell him something else, then they admitted that they sold out of the product last week…. That is not the way to do business, to say the least we are furious!

Their prices are better than Home Depot/Lowe's and the guy working there is very knowledgeable. Every question I had was answered with expertise and directed me to a product better suited once he figured out what I was going after. Glad this little store exists!

I am so glad I found this place. I did a portion of my flooring project over a year ago and had planned on doing the other part this year. Little did I know that the laminate flooring I used (which was purchased at a different retailer) was no longer available. I discovered, later, that it is common practice for flooring manufacturers to discontinue lines. California Unique Designs had laminate flooring that was a very close match to the flooring that was already installed, and at an affordable price. The employee, Alex, was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for flooring.

I was referred to California Unique Designs by a contractor I hired to replace carpeting with laminate flooring in a 560 sq. ft. area. I came in wanting something very, very cheap thinking that all laminate flooring was the same. We were greeted upon entering the store by Serge and we told him our situation and what we needed and he showed us exactly what we were looking for (.99 cents/sq. ft.) and what the difference is as compared to spending just a little more. I had no idea that spending just a few cents more per sq. ft. would make a big difference. We finally found a laminate color we liked and got a VERY good price on it and Serge offered to deliver at a very reasonable cost. We had the flooring installed this weekend and we are so happy that Serge explained what the difference was between the cheap stuff and paying a little more. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to laminate flooring as I can see and feel the difference between the nice flooring we got from Serge and one that a prior contractor used that wasn't as high a quality. We do have a few more projects and I will be definitely be coming back to California Unique Designs to supply my flooring needs!
