CTB converted a corp from C to S and made other cost savings recommendations s without my asking.We were able to take advantage of existing tax breaks and other incentives that we had never been made aware of at a blue chip CPA firm. As most people experience, I have massive nerves when it comes to doing taxes. I'm a new business owner, so doing my taxes for the first time was a bit stressful. Peter was incredibly thorough and helpful. I learned more in my hour session about a tax form than in the 20 years of filling it out.

Posted as the response to my negative review by the company owner.Buyer beware this is the response I got from the owner to my factual but negative review. This is beyond unprofessional and quite seriously disturbing and she put it in writing! How can she have any comments on our business as she isn't familiar with the industry at all and she has never used our services? Might be time to contact my attorney.

Tracie and CTB Team are 1000% on point. She's been our tax preparer for many years when she was on Folsom Blvd. She's so good, has built such a fantastic team and is in a beautiful location. While keeping clients constantly updated on tax changes/rules - anything applied to taxes she and her team know, convey the information but most important - they put their clients first.We will never use another firm outside of this one.Top notch customer service, knowledge and accountability. We trust this firm with our money. That says a lot.
